Sleep Inn & Suites Topeka West I-70 Wanamaker

My room was extra clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom with lots of towels provided. I may have had a special room, because there were grab bars in the bathroom with a fold-down seat and a spray wand. Breakfast was great: Waffles with hot syrup, eggs, really good link sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereals, and lots of flavors of Activia yogurt. The desk service was great. My view was a lovely field with pretty houses in the distance. Excellent stay!

Rm 304, bed VERY comfortable. Liked the light switches - they were night lights in the off position. Breakfast was very good, a bit of everything including eggs and a meat. Menu was posted outside of the breakfast room the night before. Just an FYI, the king rooms we've stayed in had a shower, no tub. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. Our king room had a soft chair and a desk chair.

Small thing, they provide shampoo in the room, but you have to ask for conditioner. Last time we stayed here, I had to go to the front desk to get it. This time it was late and we were tired so we skipped it. If you have long hair - a necessity. This is the only place I've stayed where it wasn't automatically provided. Next time I'll try to remember to ask for it at check in. Room was on the small side, but sufficient.

The mat in the shower did not stick very well and i slipped and fell and had to crawl out and use the toilet to get back up to finish my shower. I was not hurt thank goodness. i threw the mat out before getting back in. My husband reported this when checking out

Advertised and booked there for a hot tub, which wasn't working and staff had no idea if or when it would be repaired. Was really looking forward to it after driving 10 hours. Disappointed

The rooms were very comfortable if a little cramped. Beds were very comfy and the air conditioning was amazing... the kids had joked that it was like sleeping in a refrigerator without the suffocation lmao! It was morbid but very funny cloning freon 11 year olds.

The pool overflowed but they got it fixed pretty fast. While we were swimming the pool maintenance guy came in and did his work no problem right? Except he took my son's shirt and glasses to the front desk but hadn't even asked if it was our stuff and we were the only ones in there up to that point. Was kinda frustrating honestly. My son was panicked because he kept thinking someone had thrown his stuff away and he can't see well at all without his glasses.

Great location and amenities. The pool area was great and exactly what my child needed. The rooms were clean and quiet. There was a good variety of options for breakfast, there was something for everyone.

Not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom or shelves in the shower.

The sliding door to the bathroom was hard to open and made you feel trapped for a bit in the bathroom. The pool was green and looked like it needed to be cleaned. The breakfast was limited and continental; nothing hot.

The hot tub was warm, not too hot and the jets worked well. It was also much cleaner than the pool. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and very nice. Great amenities. The toiletries were very nice smelling and gentle on skin. Having trashcan all over was also very helpful.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. I'm a tea drinker not coffee, they had a good selection of teas. I would definitely stay here again.

wasn’t to much of a big deal however my feelings were hurt by the fact that the jacuzzi bath didn’t work. Although the tub it’s self was very spacious.

It met my need of being close to the highway and had plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

It seemed a bit noisy but I think there were a lot of kids staying there. Running around the floor above and slamming doors in the hall. I’m not sure that’s preventable.
