Quality Inn

This hotel was perfect for an on-the-way stop to somewhere else. The price was right and the accommodations thoroughly adequate. Also, 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate was a value add not often found elsewhere.

Some reviewers complained about the simpleness of the breakfast, because at breakfast there is no meat, eggs, peanut butter or cream cheese, so take some of the money you saved by staying here and go to McDonald's. At breakfast there was a good waffle maker, plenty of cereal, milk, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, bread/bagels, juice... and don't forget about the 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate availability.

Breakfast was good. I had a yogurt and waffles. I was shocked that they were not frozen waffles! They actually made them in front of my husband. Orange and apple juice were available so I had Orange juice. They offered coffee hot chocolate and water as well.

Vending machine selection was minimal and didn't accept debit cards.

It was nice, we stayed one night the bed was comfortable. The facilities were updated and clean.

The bathroom was probably not cleaned. Because there was a dirty rag in the shower and half used bottle of shampoo. But I cleaned and everything was fine. I know how hard it is to get good help and I didn’t complain.

There was a lot to like about the hotel. We stayed 3 nights. But checked out every day hoping to find a better place to stay. The staff was very nice but the owner was not friendly at all. He was very unhappy that I booked our rooms through Booking.com and he made that quite clear. His standards for cleanliness were very high and he hired good employees.

The staff made us feel welcome but the owner did not. I might stay there again but I would continue to try to find a more welcoming atmosphere somewhere else.

Water temperature and water pressure are really important to me when I stay in a hotel. Quality Inn had amazing showers.

We could not get our room cold, don’t get me wrong it was comfortable but at night when I sleep I like it cold and I could not get it too cold, but it was comfortable.

Breakfast was adiquit. Very clean comfort room. Entire facility was clean and nicely appointed. Good coffee They even had a special request box when booking. We asked for a ground floor and got it.

Nothing really. Maybe a hot protein or hard boiled eggs.

all the doors were hard to open and/or close but it wouldn’t stop me from staying again. would’ve liked a few more pillows (we had a king size bed)

The location was great for a long car trip, quiet with greenery around the site. The bed was very comfortable and room darkened well for sleeping, refrigerator worked, microwave. Hot water and coffee were available around the clock, good breakfast.

Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Was happy that washer and dryer available close to our room. Very handy to have Subway, McDonalds and Cracker Barrel right there. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

I was treated poorly by one staff member because I had a service dog with me. Then, instead of the king room we booked and paid for we got a double queen room.
