Relax Inn and Suites Kuttawa

I arrived a little early for check in due to time change but they let me check in early and were very accommodating. I’m use to staying in the bigger named hotels but these rating were better than the other places to stay in the area so I gave it a try and so glad I did. The beds were super comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was available. The Staff was very friendly. Owner seemed to be very helpful and engaged with those checking in. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

If I had to be nitpicky, the only thing I could complain about would be no access to Netflix or streaming services (that I could easily access, maybe I looked over it?)

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There are also a very nice size. The staff was hella friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you're going to the water park there, this would be a good place to stay. This setup of the rooms was really nice, and the lotion and body wash that they have in a dispenser smells really good.

There was nothing that I didn't like. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Peaceful surprisingly for the type of hotel/motel it is. Breakfast is a great option since we were traveling, it was pretty clean as well!

I had to wait 15 minutes to check out. Two other people left their cards but I wasn’t cuz someone else could easily go in and vandalize and I get charged so I ended up having to call the property but other than this, it was a nice stay!

We had an excellent stay at the Relax Inn. The staff was courteous and professional in manner. The coffee at breakfast was hot and fresh. The continental breakfast was good. The bathroom was clean and modern. The A/C worked fine and the room was quiet.

I have no complaints at all.

The property was in a great location close to attractions and eateries. The room was clean updated had a fridge and microwave. Definitely would stay again

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was uncomfortable. But other than that no complaints

The rooms were a lot nicer than you would think driving in the property, since the hotel is a vintage and I have stayed in several in the area that have been "redone". This hotel was redone with nice upgraded everything and corners were not cut to save cost. If you are looking for a great bargain this is a great place to rest for a few days.

There was no clock in the rooms that we had, not a big deal.

Room was IMMACULATE and not chipped paint or Kleenex still I in the ceiling fan like I’ve come to expect from budget friendly motels. And yes, beds and pillows were some of the best! Kids and I felt super safe and comfortable while there!

I arrived at 11pm to get some sleep on a long drive home with my kids. I was told there was no breakfast due to CoVid while also being charged $5.00 extra bucks for having a 3rd person with us. Seems a bit like nickeling and dining someone but overall the price really was great. Checking in didn’t seem particularly warm or inviting by the staff member or the tiny slot that paper was added through. Don’t get me wrong, I wear my mask 100% of the time and believe in safety precautions but it felt like I was checking into some shady place where employees were kept very separate and safe.

Overall nice stay but one thing needs to be addressed,see below.

Room was only setup for 2 people instead of for 3 that they knew where coming in and pillows need to be 4 per bed instead of 2 and having to ask for above items you will find a quantity restriction before they have to write down any extras and charge a additional rental fee.

I’m always skeptical of motels but this was a perfect stay! Incredibly clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. East to find, check in, and park. I liked that we could park right in front of our room. Even though parking was outside the rooms, we never even heard other cars although they left earlier than we did. Totally quiet.

No breakfast was available(said it was due to covid), although breakfast was included in the price. There was also a lot of light coming in above the window. Could use an extra panel or curtain behind the blind.

We stayed at this hotel for a one night stop on our way from Nebraska to Florida. We had two dogs and this was our first time traveling with our pets and it was very important to us that we stay at a hotel that was pet friendly. This hotel exceeded our expectations, had a great area for walking the dog, was friendly there was lots of pets around which was nice for a pet owner. I highly recommend and will be staying here again if we're traveling through our pets.
