First time visit to Hopkinsville in Kentucky, Room was so very typical of a Best Western in terms of layout.

POOL WAS UNAVAILABLE, considefing this is Summertime, having a pool which CANNOT be used is not good Management planning. People wanna go cool down after travelling. There was a strong damp smell throughout this hotel, Breakfast here was so very basic, not much seating room eithsr, especially if and when the hotel was running as a Full capacity. Seems to be lacking in Staff too, The Lady Recdptionist was working very long shifts, 6 days a week. She was obviously tired, but the hoel was not that busy when I stayed for 2 nights. MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS need to address these issues soonest, especislly the pool availability, otherwise Guests will seek an alternative accommodation, hence a loss of much needed income.

Facility was very nice and clean. Location great.

Check in ok. Breakfast service lousy. Was told person in charge is sick. So she had no time to make it and said we could have breakfast tomorrow!! Told her we check-out today, so since we payed for it, we expect to get at least something, which she then agreed to it. But she definitely was not happy about it. Have to say, she had no problem sitting outside smoking, instead of doing her job.

Peaceful. Large room accommodation. Pet friendly. Not far from center of Hopkinsville. Not far from Pembroke. Fort Campbell is nearby, too. Nice comfy beds.

Not really a negative since we didn't mind: the hotel is undergoing a remodeling. This might not be for you. Dusty in areas. The pool (also not a concern since the cooler weather) is under repair as well.

the staff was so beyond friendly and check in was easy. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the TV channels all worked great. The bed itself was pretty comfortable

The room was very hot when we first came in and the air conditioners are so far away from the bed so it took a while to cool down. the pillows aren’t very comfortable compared to the many other hotels we’ve stayed in and the shower water pressure was pretty bad.

Ease of reserving a room. The size of the room was great. Refrigerator, microwave, and free breakfast was a bonus! It was quiet and comfortable. Shower was wonderful and the air conditioner and heater worked!

These were not the most comfortable beds. Sheets were a bit scratchy and the bed felt a little lumpy. But I was tired so it didn't keep me from sleeping.

We book through snap travel everytime we stay there. it's convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Very clean and affordable. We stayed there everytime we come back to visit family.for 3 years. And will continue to book future visits. Very comfortable nice breakfast when in use.

The towels wasn't clean as they should've been. Stained with dirt spots. Other than that things was in order as usual. The soda machine was empty. Maybe due to covid. The snack machine was filled up. We was told with every stay we would be emailed a 15.00 discount coupon with each stay. So far we never gotten any. We've stayed at lease 5 or 6 times. Booked with my husband bank card. Donavan Pryor is his name each stay was booked under his name.

At check-in and check-out Robin was great! The breakfast was really good as well. For the price you just can't beat it. As far as restaurants there is a little bit of everything within a couple miles.

The mattress had a dip in the middle and needs changed and the blankets need updated along with the tiny pillows. The parking lot had a lot of trash that needed picked up.

The location was in town. The rest of ths staff was great except for a particular lady she done anything and everything to not be helpful. Housekeeping service was great we got clean towels when needed and other supplies. Hotel was quiet.

There was mold in the bathroom above the shower which caused me to have migraines every morning. At first we couldn't figure out the reason for the migraines every morning until after we took our first showers. Not much of a variety breakfast. Too early of a checkout most hotels are until 11 or 12pm. One staff member wasn't very pleasant to deal with. Wanted to book more than one night at a time for a cheaper rate and couldn't do it. We kept getting told we could save money but they wouldnt give is a discount for staying 5 days.

Breakfast was very good,. They had everything I like to eat at breakfast. The staff was friendly and the location was close to food, gas, a bank, a Walmart, and several tourist stops. We especially enjoyed going to the trail of tears park and touring a distillery, both close by.

Outside door in the back slammed shut very hard.

Great Breakfast, great location restaurants in walking distance and supermarket right across the hwy. Everything was just fine. I truly enjoyed the stay, housekeeping was amazing and always kept room sparkling clean. Management was friendly and got me great rates for the month I was there.

Everything was just fine. Nothing to dislike!
