Hampton Inn & Suites Hopkinsville

I was traveling until 230a EST. I had spoken to the hotel as well as changed the reservation to one day earlier through Bookings.com. The Bookings.com rep said he talked to the hotel and I was cleared for a late arrival. However, when I arrived at 130a CST, the booking was cancelled. I had been driving from 9a-230a EST so I am GRATEFUL for Richard! He was able to reinstate my reservation and I was able to sleep in a bed for a few hours before heading home.

I guess the only thing to add is that I had a guaranteed (very) late arrival confirmed with Bookings.com and a hotel rep, and my room was cancelled because of a 1am audit - when I arrived 30 minutes later. Again, thank goodness for Richard and reinstating my booking or I would have been sleeping in my car & it was 32 degrees!

Our family gathered for a funeral. That evening we met in the lobby to eat pizza. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The family was able to gather, feed the kids and the adults while the adults were able to talk and share memories.

Everything! the room was nicely clean, and breakfast was really good alot to choose from, the kitchen lady's are always very nice the staff are great, I stay at the Hampton inn every chance I get to visit Hopkinsville, it's my number one choice of stay I highly recommend this hotel it's the best!

We had reservations for 5 rooms. There were 18 of us coming for Grandma's funeral. The man at the front desk was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Our group arrived at all different times during the day. They still kept our reservations organized and placed us all on the same floor with our rooms near one another. My Grandson and his uncle, aunt and cousins enjoyed the indoor pool together the afternoon we arrived. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast (Covid-19 rules) was nicely done. We felt comfortable and were still able to use a microwave for an egg, sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich. They also had yogurt, oranges, milk, OJ, coffee, cereal and muffins. Check out was quick and we were all able to get to the funeral on time. Though we were there for a sad reason, this Hampton Inn gave us space to enjoy time with cousins and relatives we hadn't seem in a long time the night before the funeral. A BIG THANK YOU to the Hampton Inn staff!

We liked everything!

We arrived after a long drive and were greeted by Rainee at the front desk with a smile and a prompt, professional welcome. She made us feel at home the minute we walked in the door. We also enjoyed the Breakfast & the staff that worked hard to make sure everything was hot & delicious. We will stay here again.

The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. The staff greeted each time we entered and exited the hotel. Breakfast was good.

The juice machine was not working, should have used juice from the store. Other then that everything was good.

Breakfast, facility, staff an all were excellent. My only complaint was the noise. The doors slam. Definitely not soft close. An people talking in the hall,an arguing. The rooms could be a little more sound proof. I would try another hotel in the area if available to see if the noise was better.

The noise at night, the lighting on the room. I don't see well an need a lot of light. My husband nor daughter had an issue with the lighting . So most people wouldn't have a problem. (Timothy's wife is writing the review)

The staff and facility was great.

Well, how does one quantify loud people standing in the hallway laughing and carrying on till midnight when you have to be up at 2 am? I finally called after thinking they would stop soon but it kept going. The front desk admirably gave me a different room and addressed the issue ASAP. That’s all I could have asked of them. They did what they should have. Good job staff.

The hotel staff was very friendly and asked each time I saw a team if everything was OK.

Can't really think of anything negative. Parking in front of the hotel was limited but there was plenty around the sides and back with secure entrance via a key

We drove in from Arkansas for our Son’s wedding, it was late when we checked in. We were exhausted from the drive and were ready to relax and get some sleep. The beds were so comfortable. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a few nights.
