The staff was great! The room was what I expected. Breakfast bar was pretty good as well. Overall, a good stay at this hotel. We would stay here again.
There is a sign in the front that states, no animals unless they are service animals. There were plenty of dogs in the hotel that were just pets, not service animals.

It was clean, had very nice bedding, pillows and comfortable beds. Everyone was super nice from the clerk who checked us in to the breakfast attendants.
The pool was super small but because no one else was there swimming it was fine for 4 people. The breakfast was ok. Needs a nice waffle making station and breakfast meats.

We stayed only one night because we were driving back to home..the front desk guy was so nice .the ladies working the next morning also..I saw one of the ladies cleaning often the breakfast areas. We Stayed in the 3rd floor..our room was clean something that we really appreciate it even more because we travel with a little child.
I booked through booking.com and the address doesn't match so I must called the hotel.

Dissapointed in Breakfast. I was told there was a full breakfast bar. Went down to eat and had Oatmeal and Coffee OJ. The family really wanted sausage and eggs and bacon. There was even a photo of sausage on the counter where the breakfast bar is. A Jimmy Dean Biscuit and premade Sausage is not a full Breakfast.

the pool was pretty chilly. only thing missing was a hot tub. when we walked across the floor of our room, the neighbor below us called and asked to keep it down at 8pm.

Exceptionally clean facility and room. The check-in was quick and simple. Staff were friendly and room location was provided according to our request. All staff and patrons were very conscientious and followed all Covid protocol.
I honestly don't feel that there were any shortcomings in any aspect of our overnight stay.

Front desk did not wear mask over nose. Remote for tv needed new batteries. Some black mold in shower corners. Room above our first floor room was noisy. Could hear every step they took and they took a lot of them all night long. Finally turned on furnace fan to drown out noise
