Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Corbin, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was very good. A good location for our stop r route home. Room was nice size and clean.

The separate carpet strip at each doorway needed vacuuming. This was true all the way down the hall. Soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty. Had small shampoo and conditioner bottles for two people in its place. One tiny bar of soap we had to use for shower and sink for two people which broke in half making it even harder to use. When you are ready to shower it us not an opportune time to call the desk so we just made do.

Location was right off the highway, lots of food choices in the area, breakfast was good and hot- pancake maker was awesome!. The pool was good, loved that it was open until 10pm!. The staff was very accommodating my needs during this stay!. I would definitely stay again.

Nothing, everything was GREAT!

This Holiday Inn Express had a great staff. The facilities were extra clean. But the breakfast bar really impressed me the most !!!! Everything from eggs, sausage and biscuits sausage patties bagels and cream cheese fresh pastries !! Cereal- walnuts with the oatmeal !!! Chobani yogurt, pints of milk etc. Was very new clean and well stocked!!! 5 stars!!!

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and was working hard to keep floors mopped up from the weather. Room was very comfortable

For the sake of everyone, floor drying fans should be purchased and used when messy weather has occurred! Too hard for staff to keep up with wet floors by constantly having to mop up wetness

Spacious room with plenty of places to put clothes.

There was a sign at the counter when I came in that said on break. That's OK, but someone else should've been readily available.

The breakfast was excellent. I liked the Greek yogurt and the fruit. My husband enjoyed the pastries and the French vanilla cream for the coffee. I appreciated having extra towels in the room.

There was no hand soap to wash hands at sink.

The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast service with COVID precautions was excellent.

The air conditioning in the room did not keep the room cool. When we checked out, I told the person at the front desk about the problem. Her response was "that air conditioner doesn't work sometimes." Why would they book a room with air conditioning that isn't reliable?

Mostly the location it was very convenient and close to everything we needed The way the room was laid out and the accommodations from the staff

Having to leave so early

The location was Great, the front desk personnel were so friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Check out was easy. We were setting up our GPS on our bike. And the personal were having their break. They were so friendly.

I couldn't find anything that wasn't upto our standards.
