We were there for parents' day at Union College. This location was convenient to the school. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator as we had a lot of cooler items from the road trip. The front desk agents were very friendly and accommodating, particularly since we chose to drive straight through and arrived a day early.
The water didn't drain properly on the second day and didn't seem to alarm the front desk agent when I reported it. I assume this is a common occurrence when it rains as much as it did while we were there. There were only two towels in a double queen room, which I'd never seen before. And, the light switch controlled the outlet on the desk, which I didn't figure out until the next morning when my phone and watch were not charged.

Customer service was wonderful and very informative. Our sons had orientation to college the next day. We arrived a day early to get there on time. They were very helpful with their directions to get us to Union College!!!

Wouldn't recommend staying in a room at the front of the hotel, road noise too loud. So loud, almost as if there wasn't even a wall between the road and the room.

The staff was exceptionally warm, friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean, also very roomy.
It was no fault of the hotel staff, but it is located off a very busy highway and it is ver noisy with constant traffic. If company ever decides to remodel, they may want to look into thicker more sound proof walls.

We stayed at tgis hotel when that huge blizard came through. The man behind the counter was very welcoming, and so kind to us. He heard our story of how we came to this hotel. He qas very humble and kind. The best part was when I menationed we hadnt ate all day.(It was 6 or 7pm) he offered us HIS meal. HIS christmas dinner I assume. Such kindness was needed that day for us. Abd he did an am9zong job
