Baymont by Wyndham Corbin

For sheer value for money & excellent customer service throughout the motel, I rate this motel a 9/10. I stayed over 10 nights, and my room was always checked if room service was required. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There is an a/c unit but they can be noisy. Refrigerator & microwave also present. Close to all amenities including petrol stations, restaurants & Walmart Superstore. Parking overnight was safe.

1. Breakfast does cater for vegetarians but in a limited capacity. Generally across Corbin, restaurant food is not suitable for the health-conscious 2. It would be great if booking through BDC that you could collect Wyndham rewards directly 3. On a few occasions my entry card would not work, but Reception replaced my card each time.

It was clean easy access to everything. Easy to get to staff was nice some of them anyway Breakfast was nice. The pool was nice except for the overkill of Corinne had plenty of towels very comfortable very clean. except for the overkill of Corine

Too much chlorine in the pool and a hot tub  staff on our last day there was lazy. We asked for extra blanket for my two-year-old and they said no and I asked for a extra pillow and they said no but the first night I got there I asked for an extra pillow for my kid and they gave me one, but when I asked for one the next night that staff was too lazy to go give you one and said no, I had a mess on the floor for my two-year-old I asked for the broom because I want to clean up my mess and the maid worked out when I return the broom within 10 minutes 

The staff were really helpful and courteous. The room was clean and well-stocked with towels. The bed was comfortable. The room also had a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety (waffles, eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurts, and more)! We enjoyed using the pool in the morning when it wasn't busy! Having the laundry facilities just a few doors down from our room was so handy! The hotel was easy to access off of the highway and was close by restaurants. We enjoyed dinner at Cracker Barrel.

The entrance to our room felt crowded with the sink/counter/mirror immediately inside the door. This also made the room feel less private whenever the door was opened. The toilet/bath/shower room was very small.

I’ve stayed at many hotels from budget friendly to 5 star. The Baymont in Corbin definitely surpassed my expectations especially for the price. The hotel was the cleanest I’ve seen in a long time! I was very impressed by the cleanliness, even in the common areas. My room was immaculate! Linens were very fresh & smelled clean. The staff was also friendly & helpful. The location is just off the interstate & easy to find. I’m a solo female traveler and the area felt safe. I travel to that area often & will definitely book the Baymont again.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, room was a good value. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed like it was clean from what we could tell. Location was only about 5 minutes from downtown and right off the interstate.

Some parts of the room could have been a bit cleaner, such as the bathroom. Additionally some parts of the lobby seemed outdated or mid-renovation. No deal-breakers though, the room was still worth the price we paid.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. For the price I paid I honestly expected the hotel to be of less quality, so it exceeded my expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I could hear the noise of the interstate, but that is beyond the control of the hotel. Other than the traffic noise and lights from outside, there is nothing to complain about.

The facility was close to the venue I was attending so it was easy to get in and out of. The woman working the front desk was super nice.

2 things 1 the toilet was clearly not cleaned as there was pee stains from the previous occupants. 2 the room was pretty warm when we got there. Now that being said once we kicked the A/C on the room did get better but never did get super cold.

I liked how friendly everyone was. Everyone had a smile on their face

The size of the bath towels they give you for getting into the pool. It's more like dish rags for a bigger girl. Also, the back door locks permanently at night so you can't get in because the key doesn't work so you had to either wedge the door open (not really safe) or walk around the building (same problem) if you wanted to smoke at night outside.

Front desk workers were wonderful! I wish I could remember her name but she worked the night of March 27th, 2023, and she was the most wonderful staff member I ever met in customer service. Went above and beyond to make my stay even better.

Nothing everything was wonderful and if I have to travel again to Corbin to stay I will with out a doubt staying here again.

The ladies at the front desk were great I made sure to let them know I had a colicky baby with me and he might keep people up with his crying and people might complain the older lady at the front desk said you don't worry about it honey we will accommodate anyone that complains, enjoy your stay.

Everything was great, I had 2 rooms we were very satisfied
