The location was great. Front desk staff were excellent.

Did NOT like ANYTHING about the room! SUPER small room, TERRIBLE, uncomfortable mattress, no extra chair to sit in. No coffee maker, no closet, no drawers. Small desk space. Have to sit on the bed or in a desk chair that sits close to the TV. If you sit in desk chair, blocks small walk area ro get to bathroom or microwave. Breakfast shuts down at 9, this is way too early. Shower floor is super slippery!!!! I have stayed at many Hiltons, will NEVER stay here again. Stayed for 3 nights and wish i would have moved but would have lost $ so we had to stick it out.

The Tru line of Hilton hotels is fun & modern. This location is close to the highway, and many shops & restaurants. This was one of the more comfortable hotels I have staying in - the mattress was good, and the pillows were nice. (Some hotel pillows barely earn the moniker of pillow). While we didn’t stay for the free breakfast, we noticed that the options looked plentiful. If you are traveling near Richmond, KY, and need a place to stay, I would recommend this hotel.

Our room refrigerator was noisy, and there was a broken shelf in the shower.

I work in food service so I know the eggs were not cooked to temp. Most everyone including me agree the eggs were not good. They were wet watery blocks. Cook them.to temp then some.more to cook off the excess water and cut them up to appear like scrambled eggs.

This hotel was super modern and fun! It had a pool table, a very nice gym, and a DELICIOUS breakfast! The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The room was a nice layout and comfy beds!

The pool was closed and unfortunately cleaning service didn’t come clean our room the first night even though we were out of the room by 10am for the day. There was an empty food container from carry out that by the following day was infested with ants all over the floor. That was the only issue the whole 2 nights stay though.

Food was great. Good selection. Hot food was hot, fresh food was available. The pan cake machine made slightly rubbery pancakes. I liked that soap/shampoo/lotion was in large container, less wasteful.

The room was tight, we are average sized people & found it difficult to move around. The faux wood floors were cold & seemed less clean.

The location was perfect and the hotel was very very nice. The room was very clean and the tv was huge! The only complaint I have was that there were no cups in the bathroom….luckily I had my own. The breakfast was hot and had a lot of selections to choose from. When we go that way again we will definitely stay again.

A lot of the travelers, because the location is so close to I-75. Not very quietly in the night.

The location was perfect. it’s right off the interstate. the employees were super friendly. The hotel has a cool, retro vibe and rooms were nicely decorated in the same decorum. my little girl loved the pool.

it was crowded for EKU game and by 145 we could not check into room. even though check was at 3pm.

Loved the pool table in the lobby! Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
