The breakfast offering was not very appealing. There was a little old fruit, and some packaged sweet muffins, plus coffee. I know that this so-called breakfast approach was developed during the height of the pandemic. It's time to go back to a more complete offering of hot foods, along with the packaged breakfast items.

I stay here quite often and once in a while I'll get a room where the shower just sucks. Either it doesn't drain, not enough water pressure or the thingy doesn't pull up all the way to make the shower come on. It's very annoying. Once, the tab wouldn't stay up so the shower kept going off and there was water backed up in the tub because it wasn't draining.

the pool was closed. Was not told it was closed at time of booking. My grandson was upset

We got in at 2:30 and they would not let us check in. We traveled 9 and half hours. I could understand if they were booked and the room was not ready. It was not fully booked and the room was ready.

Quiet, nice staff, elevator next to lobby, breakfast, clean room, had microwave, fridge, iron, hair dryer which I didn't use. No extra charge for pet. I would definitely go back.

Second floor room, key card charge of $5 if not returned. Paid with PayPal, but my credit card number was taken for potential damage.

one staff member was leaving shift in 10 minutes and didn’t want to deal with checking us in and told us to come back after 10 minutes…all other staff members were excellent

The room,staff and all facilities were great with the exception of the bathroom.The commode was one of the smallest,old style that still uses way too much water to flush,and it is really difficult for people with bad knees to get up and down on.Would also have been nicer to have a walk-in shower instead of a tub(with very slick bottom).I sincerely wonder how many people actually use a tub when traveling?The staff was great,and very helpful whenever we needed/requested to extend our stay for a second day.

Every staff member was helpful and friendly. From checking in, needing quarters for laundry, late night food recommendations and checkout. The hotel and rooms were clean along with well stocked with toiletries. Will definitely staff again when in the area.

My husband and I were very pleased with the room. It was exactly as advertised/pictured. Within 10 minutes of being in our room, we received a call from the front desk asking if everything was as we expected and to let them know if there was anything that did not meet our expectations. Bed was good. Mattress cover zipped (bonus)! The room was spotlessly clean. All of the employees we encountered were pleasant and professional. Pool and breakfast were "Covid closed" but the spa tub was a great way to relax and there were several options within a mile for breakfast. Even our dog had a good time. We even left my laptop in the room when we went out...something I normally do not do. Nice, quiet weekend.

We did have one issue that I brought to the attention of the manager at check-out. She was more disturbed by it than we were. It was not enough of an issue to prevent us from staying again.

The hotel was very clean, quite, and the staff were fantastic. The man at the front desk was so nice and acted like he really cared about your feelings. Couldnt have been better. The price and location were excellent too!!

Cant think of anything. I guess tv could have been bigger but really no biggie.

For being a pet friendly hotel, the room were so clean and did not smell! Breakfast was yummy, fast items like muffins, granola bar, fruit, cereal and some drinks. Staff is friendly, welcoming and just plain awesome.

No complaints here.
