Super clean, very nice staff, easy check in, comfy beds, good location. Did I mention super clean??

My only complaints were the door to the room had a wide gap at the bottom which let in a lot of light from the hallway at night as well as noise when anyone was in the hall. The thermostat also had an over ride that meant no matter what temperature you put it on it would reset back to 74 degrees which was a bit of an inconvenience when coming back to the room after a long day out in the heat. Overall the positives outweighed these two small things and I would definitely stay here again!

Great modern hotel in a nice location! Staff was great! Good variety for breakfast. Coffee 24 hours is great! The room and bathroom are great! I love how you have shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and also moisturizer in each room! Super nice touch, Very pleased! Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay!❤️

2 Different rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have much water pressure. I loved the room and shower. ****although it needs to have silicone caulk placed in the corners and around the ceiling….otherwise in a year it is not going to hold up very well.

This is an excellent choice if you are looking for a price-friendly, no-frills place to stay. We like staying in the Hamburg area when we overnight in Lexington, and this hotel is a perfect location if you like that area. The room was clean and a good size. The room did not have carpet, which was a little odd, but other than that, it was pretty comfortable. Taking in the significant price difference compared to other area hotels, it was well worth the money. The beds were extra comfy as well! Breakfast was good, a little more than a continental breakfast (omelets and egg bites) offered. Everything was wrapped for a very quick grab-and-go style meal.

As I mentioned above, the room has no carpet at all. That did make it seem a little 'colder' than the usual room. Also, the headboard is built directly into the wall - and is hard.

hard to find, needs signage on street. boutique wannabe. stayed for 3 nights, they say they serve breakfast - hotel should skip it and save corporate some money. served disgusting “waxed paper packaged” omelets. once had Jimmy Dean packaged breakfast sandwiches but ran out quickly and didn’t replenish. once maid service didn’t show up and I had to go to front desk to ask for towels when we got back from outing. suggest people look elsewhere for a place to stay.

new hotel, staff was exceptional. all requests I made for our room were there in our room when we arrived. price was awesome. highly recommend

Amazingly priced, clean and wonderful breakfast!!!!! I will be looking for this hotel chain every time I travel.

I looked high and low and could not find anything to complain about.

My first - and my last - thought was that if IKEA could be a hotel - this would be it. I liked the modern sleekness of the room - especially the tile floors. Definitely seems it would be cleaner - and easier to keep clean - than carpet.

I always prefer bacon/sausage and eggs for breakfast - trying to cut back on carbs and eat healthier. Thats not a big problem - its just a preference. There were plenty of options other than the low carb items. I had one of the JD sausage/egg/cheese and that was fine. I'm not that picky...... I did notice just a few places that could have been cleaner. I wouldn't call my room dirty - there were some stained areas and possibly was stains (?) on the trim at the bottom of the shower (outside base). I did like that sleek shower, though.

It was a very new hotel and modern and I loved that it was a shower and not a bath tub 👍

I dropped the TP roll off the holder and when I bent down to pick it up that side of the toilet on the bottom was really dirty against the wall side so I’m sure it was missed often when cleaning, also our phone was not working in the room. Oh and I would recommend a hook of some kind on the glass panel near the door to the shower for a towel for when you get out to dry off

I was apprehensive since I didn’t recognize the brand, but this is a new hotel that is well appointed, bright, and well thought out. We travel with our dog and appreciated they ACTUALLY paid attention to that note on my reservation. We were close to the exit door and the floor was vinyl instead of carpet to hold pet odors. They had a nice green area for our baby girl. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the breakfast was nice. We will definitely be staying here again.

While having 24/7 coffee/tea in the lobby is nice, not everyone is people appropriate first thing in the morning. I missed having the coffee maker in the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout shade was great to have as the sun came up. The rooms are smallish but very well laid out. The hotel was very quiet and I did not hear another soul while I was in my room. Overall, I was very satisfied and I have already booked another stay for my next trip to Lexington in a couple weeks.

There was not anything that I did not like. Everyone and everything that I encountered was very nice.
