Quality Suites Baton Rouge East - Denham Springs

I was impressed with the location. The hotel was clean and the rooms were big. I work for a comfort suite in New Orleans and it was nice to see a sister hotel meet our expectations.

The only thing I had a problem with was the breakfast. Lack of variety and the food looks old. Was not appealing to the eye. other than that the place was cool. Another thing, I asked for a late checkout. There was NO communication between the front desk and the housekeepers. That is definitely not a good look. A housekeeper can walk in on a guest assuming the room is empty. If you don't want an upset guest cross your T's and dot your I's.

Friendly crew, Shared information we were looking for. My wife left the phone in the cafeteria and the front desk representative came all the way to my room to return it. Thanks a ton. The crew were so cooperative, that in the morning during breakfast my kid by mistake kept the bread toaster on high and which resulted in smoke and we have Fire truck and Police man in the hotel. Thanks to the crew, they managed all this without even letting us know. Really thank to Quality Suites team. Overall the hotel is very good. Spacious in and out Enough Parkings slots Rooms were big enough for family Cleanliness - top notch

Bottled water was missing in the room. I think they should add at least 2 complimentary water bottles per day.

I am very picky when it comes to cleaning and safety It was clean, room larger than most King suites, location and quietness was great. Walmart, dollar tree, restaurants, fast foods and other shopping areas are close by and on the same strip as the hotel. Love the idea of doors face inside the hotel instead of outward. Breakfast was ok not bad at all there was a variety offer and the area was kept very clean. Staff was very helpful, polite and answered all my questions. Hotel is right off the interstate and its connecting interstate. I definitely would come back and stay.

Could use more parking area for a hotel of its size. ... but parking was available

I love the convenience of a gas station being 500ft from the property and the location is perfect for what I had planned for the weekend. Everything was exactly how I expected and the property/room was very clean and smelled amazing.

The only thing was the breakfast. I wish there was more of a variety of stuff to eat. Other than that, that’s all.

When we walked into the room, it was clean and smelled great. Also, the front desk staff was very professional and understanding. The people that worked there kept the place clean, always cleaning when we needed extra towel they were there.

So the bathroom and the wall at the head of the bed lights were off. I had to shower in the dark. Not nice

Facility, comfortable, price, easy check-in & check-out.

Surrounding areas were starting to run down. Several people hanging out in the parking lot when I arrived which caused me to have questions about security.

Hardly no breakfast ,there was no coffee hardly no cereal and waffle batter was low but the time I arrived to breakfast the lady hadn't arrived yet so...in assuming that's why.

Close to interstate and numerous restaurants.

Under renovation so couldn’t take luggage cart to our room. Needed to call for towels. Lamp over sink not working due to renovation in room next door ( but was fixed fairly quickly). some noise from renovation until about 6 pm.

The staff was awesome! Every one was so very nice!

Tried calling number it would just disconnect all the time when selecting operator. The pillows could be a lot better and cleaning needed to be better. There was hair in sink and on bathroom floor.

Always polite and hospitidiable. Price is decent for the most part. Owner is very nice and personable as well as the girls at front desk. They have gone out of their way to accommodate us on many occasions. My favorite place to stay.

Its noisy if there are people above you. Sometimes they stomp and keep us up all night. I've had to take action to report it a couple times. Weekend prices are a little high.
