Comfort Suites Denham Springs

I liked that the room had a sofa that converted to a bed. It was easy to get to the elevator and to my room. Easy parking.

I didn’t like the way the bathroom door opens to the shower- the threshold sticks up to high when walking into the bathroom- stub your toe if your not careful.

4th floor, ice machine looked like it had black specks...possibly mildew. It just needs to be cleaned with a type of bleach solution. Anyway I expected to enjoy my ice in my room, but no I didn't. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Thank you

As I entered my room, I realize that the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable! The overall hotel was clean from the entry to my personal room. Thank you for keeping the hotel in such good shape!

Overall experience was great, once I got checked in after nearly 30 minutes of waiting due to computer not allowing the agent to check me in. She had to call several people to assist her but she still was having issues. The agent requested me to swipe my card after I've repeatedly showed her the transaction was deducted from my bank account. Finally, after I showed my bank statement more than 3x was checked into the hotel.

The people at this hotel are the best staff we have ever had. They went out of their way to accommodate us. In a time of sorrow they shined a light. The breakfast was delicious!

The lady at the front desk was amazing! She always had a smile on her face! The breakfast was also really good.

The headboard, chair, and sofa were really worn and had some questionable "marks" on them. And the shower didn't have very good water pressure.

shampooed the carpet in my room which left it damp and wet. I was there 14 days it could have waited one more day for me to check out

Lovely room, comfortable bed… Love the AC! Close to food and gas stations without going into traffic.

I wish the lighting in the bathroom was more conducive to the real world… The way people see us out in the wild!

Convenient for where I needed to go and it was very clean and comfortable.

I called the day before check in and the morning of check in to make sure I could check in early and was told yes both times that my room would be ready and when I got there I ended up having to wait 2 hours for my room.

Location was perfect - easy to find, close to I-12. There was a good selection of places to eat nearby. Especially nice to have breakfast at the hotel -- great while traveling. Comfortable bedding.

TV was difficult to get to work. ?? that was strange - we had to go down & get a 'special remote' to even get it to come on. Staff was helpful.

Bed was too firm for my taste, but still clean & reasonably comfortable. Post-COVID & Post-Hurricane pricing are making travel unreasonably & prohibitively expensive. I have stayed in Choice hotels for up to 3 nights for what it cost for a 1 night stay, and this location is not a Prime Location, near any sites of national, or even local, interests.
