Americas Best Value Inn Denham Springs

The coffee pot in our room actually worked which isn't always the case at most budget friendly hotels. There wasn't any sketchy activity as far as I could tell and I felt safe enough to walk to the shops and restruarnts that are super close by (dons seafood is literally next door) the day time stay off was friendly and check in was simple. I rooms are big for the price you pay and we'll kept and clean. Id def come back again.

There wasn't any guest laundry on site and the nearest coin wash is a few miles away

The location was nice, easily accessed and some open space for walking pets. There was adequate parking and it was away from a main road so you didn’t feel crammed in. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I even left a blanket in the room and had to be let back in a few minutes after we checked out - the manager was very nice about it and let me back in right away to retrieve our item. We’d stay there again for sure and I recommend to anyone in the area. You can’t beat it for the price!

At check in, only the front foyer part was open, the next door to the lobby was closed, and you spoke through a glass to to staff like you walked through a drive up bank teller. With the lobby being closed off, the initial feel was either one of high crime or that the property was in disrepair and couldn’t accommodate guests in the lunge areas. It was only 7pm (not so late you’d except a closed and dark lobby) and was very off-putting to the point that we almost didn’t stay. But we were tired and then the room ended up being fine so we stayed….but the lobby being closed off ruins the first impression and might easily turn away guests looking for a decent, safe place.

I’ve stayed at Americas Best numerous times & I’ve never had any problems. I’m a 62 yr old woman traveling alone & I feel completely safe when I’m here. It’s WHY I continue to return, feeling safe , the area is well lite, family oriented & the room are cle & fresh & the staff are the friendliest I’ve ever met.

Nothing needed to be improved on as for what I saw. It’s perfect.

The front desk was really nice. The location was great restaurants close around. The room was spacious.It was clean.

The toilet handle was broken but maintenance came and fixed. The bed quilt and sheets had a burn hole in it.

We didn’t eat breakfast but, we met the staff when we checked in and he, Hetal was great. He was fast, efficient, and courteous. We would definitely stay at your property again. Thank you.

The cleanliness and size and price wasn't bad

Location and the professionalism as well as the price! Rooms where clean and parking was excellent! Will absolutely come back if I have a chance!

It's clean, comfortable, and QUIET! The staff is always friendly. The location is convenient to everything, and rates are very affordable.

Everything special staff and the rooms are super clean and nearby restaurants stores it's awesome ☺️
