Perfect location if your playing at the Eunice Ballpark, quiet area, price is reasonable
The A/C wouldn’t stay consistently on, it’s kicks off and on which is hard for a light sleeper

Front Desk lady was very nice and helpful, location was perfect for our softball tournament. Only noise really was from the road traffic, beds were comfy and the A/C worked great!

There was no breakfast. It's just a place to rest your head. Price is probably the main the thing I liked.

The ladie or staff was so nice,, no complaints about her in the office.
Only thing was they need to fix the crack open in the door to outside..when you inside you could see outside in the crack by the door handle..me and my sister was kind of scared if Bugs will get in while we sleep..other then that it was clean and nice

The door did not close or lock. Was unaware of this until the last day when the wind blew it open. Could not close it shut no matter how hard I tried. Major safety hazard! Otherwise the place was great.

The lady at front desk was very rude at first I had booked my room so when I got there she accused me of smoking marijuana which I don't I was around someone who did I assure her we was going to be smoking marijuana in her room and I was there just needing a room because I'm from Texas and was there because my grandma just died well she asked how many people was gonna be staying I said 2 but me being so distraught from funeral I forgot I had my little nephew so I went back in there and told her to add another person she was rude saying how could I forget a baby and didn't want me to stay there because I had already lied I told her I forgot and I did come back and tell her and then room was already paid for and I couldn't afford another room she said well then take yourself back to Texas so then I begged her please she finally let me stay there but all that trouble for a room there the beds were uncomfortable and there is no rail to hold on to to get in the room very dangerous easy to fall especially I have knew problems good location but I should have stayed back at the motel 6 in opelousas because was cheaper and nicer
