Very convenient location for us, staff was nice and hotel was clean but didn’t appreciate someone drilling the wall and making repairs at 5am on Sunday. that was very inconsiderate.
didn’t give a 10 because they put me in the first floor, right In front of an utility room where they were making some kind of repairs and drilling the wall at 5am on Sunday! that made us very upset because we all wake up can couldn’t go back to sleep afterwards, we chose to spend the night there so we could rest after a long trip but that did not happen.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Room and hotel was very clean. We had no towels, but the guy who was working got us some with no problems..
We had no service (Wi-Fi) to be able to watch television. Told the clerk, and she could not help with the situation. This is something that should be fixed. A customer had the same experience we had with the same room but they were compensated..

Overall very pleased with the property. Friendly staff and had no issues.
The only I didn’t like was that all rooms faced the highway. The noise from the busy freeway was bothersome at night. My room also had a double pane window, with broken glass through the first pane.

Staff are VERY nice. The room is clean. Facilities are in good conditions. Clean pool for kids to swimming in. Breakfast is very good with varieties and hot food are served. Highly recommended!

The facilities are fine but next to the building there is a big truck parking lot. 3 big trucks parked under our window. For some reason, the engines were running through entire night. It was really a huge noise, and we couldn't sleep at all.

Because of pandemic, most hotels don't have any breakfast. I was VERY happy with the small but great breakfast selection Best Western offered just enough to eat, while social distancing. Thank you Best Western
Our view was a truck stop. Truck stop right behind hotel. Heard trucks backing up all night. Blow dryer in room didn't work, but they came up right away to replace it.
