the front desk ladies work hard to get us a room at 9 PM when we arrive and I appreciate them and their concern and efforts.

The manager cancelled my reservation made through Booking.com and I do not see where I received a phone call. So I get to the hotel and we have no room. We are staying there so we can take a sick dog to the MEd Vet in Metaire LA. So we cant just go to the next hotel for a room with a pet. So I beg and the sweet girls at the front findme a room that has a problem with the door however that doesnt effect us since we are there one night only. I am thankful to the ladies at the front desk.

Had a last minute change of itinerary and didn't think I would find a hotel at that time of night... Not only did they accommodate my family and I... they were quick on setting us up and made our stay very smooth and desirable considering we were not expecting to find anything. I'll be back without a doubt!

Only a minor negative but nothing worth complaining about..

it was close to where I needed to go and had a large area to walk the dogs.

I was on the 3rd floor with 2 dogs and the elevator was extremely slow, which was frustrating. the ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t even on so I had to go down to the first floor at all hours of the night for drinks. The night desk clerk apparently didn’t want to stay there so there was a sign posted with his number in case “anyone needed anything”.

Staff was really friendly from the moment we checked in. Rooms were decent. The breakfast served in the mornings were very good.

They were not entirely clean I did find the cleaning powder left in the toilet when we first got in and there was a black spot on the ceiling in the restroom I'm assuming from humidity.

Breakfast was great. I enjoyed.

Bed sheets on one of my beds seemed to be worn in some spots, I assumed ice machines were on every floor, no covering over smoking area. Other than those things, I enjoyed my stay even though it was one night.

Clean out side and in the lobby. Close to the outlet & lots of food options. The lady at the front desk was REALLY nice!

I couldn’t call down to the front desk. It has the option on the phone but it keeps asking if you want to talk to a representative. There was food left in the refrigerator and someone charger left on the floor.

the employees are so friendly and kind!

elevator and front entry area were dirty (holes in ceiling like repairs weren’t finished and black stuff all over floor in elevator), market pantry wasn’t open and there was no stock in there at all

Location just around the corner from location I had to work!

Only downside was ice was on 3rd floor, but there was some construction going on the first floor!

great location breakfast was good

There is no place to park a trailer and our second night there people on the fourth floor continuously ran up and down the floor until after midnight

Due to Covid, we didn’t venture to the free breakfast. Beds 👍🏻 Cleanliness 👍🏻 Staff 👍🏻 Located exactly between Cabelas and Tanger Outlet WITHOUT having to get on the highway 👍🏻

Pull out couch 👎🏻 Pets 👎🏻 Customers let their dogs run up and down the hallway, barking at other animals. Either staff weren’t paying attention or ignored it but the dog was running up and down the vestibule, so I don’t see how they didn’t see/hear the disturbance. Furniture 👎🏻 The suite had so much furniture in it, it was hard to walk around.
