Quality Inn & Suites Near Tanger Outlet Mall

The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. My son and his wrestling team-mates came back to the hotel around 9:00 pm after a full day of wrestling. One of the teens made a comment about being hungry and wanting a snack. A staff member heard them and said, “I’ll go bake y’all some cookies. They’ll be ready in 20 minutes.” She brought them some fresh baked cookies and they were so grateful. The boys also enjoyed their breakfast the next morning. The hotel was clean and it is located near many restaurants.

B'fast was ok; coffee could have been better and more readily available. We stayed in several Quality Inns on this vacation and it had to have been the nicest (lobby area, room, inside/hallway entry into room); although we did have some difficulty at check-in. We were comped a days charge when we checked out. Thank you.

there was a problem with our check-in; got to the room and it had not been cleaned. We waited about an hour and a half for a housekeeping person to come (from home) to clean room; then there was an issue with the tv not working. Housekeeper was in the room on phone with technician; but my husband (who is a technical person) went in and fixed the plugs into the tv and it worked (housekeeper was still on the phone waiting for service person to tell her how to get tv to work.) After we finally got into our room, there was no more problems with our room or service. While eating b'fast of walking through the lobby we could hear other customer complaints. Somewhat disheartening.

The bathroom had mold, the bottom of the tub was stained. I used a towel to put at the bottom of the tub to protect my feet during my shower. checked out a day earlier. Instead of receiving a credit on my card the difference was added to my card and decrease my availability, which happened to me once before.

After I checked out I found that the hotel charged me $1,471.74 more than my hotel charge for one night. I don't know where this ridiculous number comes from. I tried to reach the hotel but the number listed said it is not in service. I have to call my bank to straighten this mess out. I am very upset and frustrated. It is the worst experience I,ve ever had!!!

Cleanliness, how friendly the staff were

I paid cash for my room and money was still taken out my bank account. I was told it would be put back when the manager arrives the next morning. I went back to the front desk and the manager had no clue of what happened and told me it would take a couple of days.

Kieaira greeted me with a smile. Kieaira could tell I was upset and had been crying, She took the time to speak to me about my situation giving me encouraging words that everything would be okay. The world needs more people like Kieaira.

the location was so perfect. it’s right off of the highway with tanger outlets directly across the street, plenty of restaurants in walking distance (not just fast food) and multiple gas stations. bed was comfy.

the facility needs to be updated. bathroom had some discolored grout around the tub and toilet areas with stains on the walls. doesn’t scream spic and span where it should. the carpet was stained. needs larger pillows.

I didn't eat breakfast there because I didn't get in until late that morning from going out the night before so I wouldn't know how the breakfast is. I liked that the staff were very friendly. The room was clean. No odors. Very up to date place. No noises.

The breakfast was very good. There was a nice variety of foods. The cookies in the lobby were a nice touch.

There were no bars in the shower for safety. There was a minor problem with the AC. Personnel were informed and we were graciously offered to move to another room.

The, pricing, and the location was just right for our trip, and the staff is great and very helpful and pleasant the front desk clerks are great.

The key card was sometimes not working properly.other than that great.
