It was very family friendly ,a little crowded due to baseball teams, Facility was clean,The staff was extremely professional, nice and accommodating.The playground,splash pad and pool were really nice and entertaining for our 3 year old granddaughter. Noted housekeeping staff working hard and easily available. It was really just about everything we could need or want . Really really liked pets were welcome although ours didn't accompany us this time.The area was nice and convenient for our needs and to our family and friends in Sunset as well as Youngsville.

Breakfast was not great, pool was over crowded due to all the baseball teams, no pool towels and a little noisy at times. Would have preferred ground level, which I was told upon booking was confirmed , to be put on 4th floor. Over all ,nice ,clean, enjoyable stay with plenty of room, in nice area .We would recommend and enjoy staying again.

I thought the location was ideal. I enjoyed the bagels and cream cheese, yogurt. My children enjoyed waffles and English muffins. The breakfast bar was clean items looked fresh and appealing, all said excellent presentation!

The gourmet coffee served. This of course in my opinion of course, seemed a bit weak,bitter,unfamiliar with this particular brand perhaps. The coffee however was quite adequate in waking me up to start my day!

Breakfast was good. Although the location of the hotel was pretty from the freeway the area was great. I was totally surprised.

The only thing that bothered me was the cost of traveling with a pet. We were charged around $75. for little Max for one night. All the other hotels we stayed at charged $25.00 for a pet.

Bed comfort was amazing. The room was very clean and lots of towels were provided for my week stay. The staff was helpful and friendly!

I do recommend doing a hospital employee discount for healthcare workers needing extended stays in your area. It was a perfect location for my job but I do wish I could afford to stay there for more weeks for a better price!

My family had the best stay. The room was roomy, even for a family of 5. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. We never had a problem getting our trash changed or getting clean towels. We were there for 5 nights.

The only issue we had was the iron was missing and that issue was remedied immediately.

The breakfast was awesome but more importantly the staff was EXCELLENT. They went over and above my expectations to ensure our stay was perfect even for our furry family.

There was nothing I don’t like. The hotel was clean clean clean and I love clean. It was quiet and I love quiet quiet. Everyone was pleasant insightful and accommodating.

Exceptionally clean and convenient. The staff was very welcoming and polite.

There is a fire pit on the property that guests can apparently access at all hours. There was a loud group of women hanging out drinking wine from 2-3:15 am. I did have to complain about the noise. If there is a closing time for the pool, the fire pits should also close at that time.

I like that the CDC COVID19 guidelines were in place and being practice by staff. The environment was quiet.

The check in and out process and payment process at the front desk appeared to be confusing to staff; It was also time consuming. I thought it was a simple process as to how, I could pay however, staff appeared to be unsure. Also, I booked through Booking.com and was told at the property that, I would have to take of payment through Booking.com; That was misinformation, Booking.com clearly states that your payment is made to the property. Also, as I was returning to my room there were guest standing outside right at the entrance, smoking. I thought this was a non smoking property.

The hotel staff from front desk personnel to the housekeeper personnel were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return. Great breakfast selection as well and outdoor pool great for family fun!!
