1) Everything good but the check in and staff. Our room was overbooked so ins two of you providing us with a room with 2 queens, your staff gave us two rooms with one king. Not what we reserved, but you didn’t charge us more. 2) your staff was rude at 10pm when they tried to force everyone in lobby and by pool up INTO OUR/THEIR room saying every thing was closed. There was no loudness or rowdiness. We are adults and can stay in lobby having a drink without your Staff treating us like kindergartners. That was ridiculous. They turned off the lobby lights to try to make every one go to bed 😠

Loved the room set up, so clean and most comfortable bed I have found. So clean and no carpet in room, clear bedside table with phone charger. Plenty of towel sets in bathroom. Small fridge so handy for cold drinks and doggy bags and the microwave downstairs 24 hrs was so handy for popcorn and a movie. For families, there was a phone and tablet charger bar with comfy stools in the lobby, a pool table in the lobby for the kids, and ice machines in the lobby beside a nice gym. This kept all the noise downstairs. And listen to this, a 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby fully decked out with French coffee, hot chocolate, an assortment of lovely teas, and flavored liquid creamer. Can you imagine?? It was heaven!! I could just live there.

Hilton booking policy to bump Booking.com reservations in place of Hilton Honors members. We weren't directly affected by this policy, but waited over an hour to check into room because of 2 other guests in front of us being dealt with in this way. They were turned away with no other place to stay even though they had a confirmed booking through Booking.com. We waited patiently for an hour and thankfully weren't affected by this ridiculous policy of Hilton.

Professional and friendly staff and cleanliness of rooms was very good. Location was very convenient to surrounding attractions and shops. Plenty of amenities in the hotel. Bathrooms were spacious with large walk-in shower.

The beds were not very comfortable,the mattresses definitely could use an upgrade. Sheets and pillows were fine, but the mattresses were just subpar and not very comfortable to sleep on. Pool was pretty cloudy, needed some TLC.

LOVE THIS HOTEL!! Price is always great and breakfast even better!! Staff is exceptional.

I always like to stay near the elevator and always request that in my booking. My last stay the toilet didn't work in my assigned room and they moved me to the last room down the hall. It is difficult to carry suitcase, computer and printer. Hotels have very little carts to offer.

The staff was awesome and very friendly orientated they meet each need answered any question and made you feel at home away from home. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the setting of a the hotel.

There really was nothing not to like, but if I had to say anything( personal preference) it would be to position the treadmills in the gym in a way that there is still a source of privacy instead of being in front of the gym door where everyone getting on the elevator can see a person working out.

Chic room, check in services were fast and welcoming. The lobby area was unconventional wide opened space that invited you in, loved the breakfast and especially the pancake machine. We loved the pool table and took time to use it. Can’t wait to try the fire pit when we return on the fall. We were pleased with the exercise room and the location was fantastic!

No microwave, no coffee pot!

Excellent full, hot breakfast. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. My hotel reservation was canceled for some reason, but fortunately, the desk agent was able to book a room for me on the spot. The River Ranch area is beautiful and has many conveniences.

The breakfast was amazing. It wasn't just a regular breakfast like most hotels and the lady working the breakfast area was so sweet. Also the lady that checked us in was super sweet.

In the pool area the toys that were there for the guests to use were mostly broken. And also once it got dark there were no lights working inside the pool and it got dark the pool area could use more lighting for once it gets dark.

Breakfast was good. We are keto eaters so there was eggs and sausage. We were satisfied.

Busy weekend for the staff and the garage cans were always over full. Only emptied in the morning. Not a good look. I want to sit by the pool area at night and it was locked and did not know how to open it, but not a big deal.
