Staying at the Travelodge is like staying at home.. I really like the front desk worker MS.CANDICE &’d it’s a few more but I mainly encounter more with MS.Candice!! She’s the BEST and professional!! She’s a real true MEETER &’d GREETER w Welcoming arms &’d a hearty smile to the facility!! The rooms are cozy, comfortable &’d spacious On top of that THEY SMELL GOOD when you first hit the door!! My FAVORITE HOUSEKEEPER is MS.ASHLEY!! She make sure you don’t want for ANYTHING if she’s your housekeeper!! We love coming here for a week or weekend get away mini vacation!! The bathrooms are very well Assessable, clean, &’d roomy!! The beds are so fluffy, comfortable too!! I’ll RECOMMEND here ANYDAY!!

TWO of the Supervior housekeepers that BANG ON YOUR DOOR round CHECK OUT TIME are rude ass hell and very disrespectful!! But other than that I LOVE IT!!

The Property Was Intriguing And The Remodeling of Rooms Were Breathtaking Loved Everything About The New And Improved Travelodge Peace and quiet no drug addicts or thugs hanging around they really did Good With Initial Cleaning up of The Property And They Screen Their Potential Guests Throughly‼️‼️😘 Great Job Travelodge Yaaaay‼️‼️

That there Could Have Been More Attendants With Better Attitudes And They Could Change The Awful Looking Drapes Need Plain Colored Drapes No One Likes Stripes or Big Circles Like You Are At A Daycare Center CHANGE DRAPES TO PLAIN COLOR

Older property, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff were great. We were having problems with our room key, a couple of the employees were walking in the parking lot, noticed we were having issues. Came up the stairs and opened our door with their key, then went back to the office and brought back a new one to us. All of this without us asking. Yes, the property is older, but both the parking area and lobby were clean.

I was satisfied with everything.

We liked the desk manager who was friendly and made me laugh thus releasing the stress of my 12 hours of driving time. Beds firm and comfortable. After a few problems with the bath area, we slept sound.

Just wanted to take a shower and hit the bed (rm# 130) when the shower handle came off. No other available room so we worked it back to at least bathe. Hair dryer nightlight worked but not the dryer. Would like to come back once problems resolved. Good Luck and many Blessings to your family and team. Ya'll are wonderful.

It has to be one of the cheapest hotels around but it is not full of drug adicts and it is clean. It is near the hospital district and the very first exit out of the city so only a 4 minute drive to the Boardwalk or downtown, max.

Smart TV would be nice, limited channel selection. Pool was closed but I get it that it probably doesn't get much use but still would be nice.

Overall, the stay was good. Staff was friendly.

I think the 3:00pm checkin is ridiculous, especially when you're a repeat customer. It's especially annoying when your flight comes in at 12:45 pm. However, if you give the front desk clerk $10 - 20.00, they will forget that 3 pm is checkin time. That's greed and abuse wrapped into one.

Cleanliness

There was a guest either the room adjacent on top or behind me that had a puppy and on 3 different occasions this particular day I know I heard the guest literally beating the puppy and the girlfriend/wife was begging him to quit. This stay was probably........NO........was my most unpleasant stay at this property.

Everything,,,the clerk was excellent. The place had changed from the last time I stayed there. I will be staying there anytime I'm in Shreveport, and the location was great

The young lady who checked me in was so nice and professional. Breakfast was ready and waiting every morning. My entire stay was the best experience ever.

I loved everything

It was quiet and centrally located for our needs. The employees were nice and courteous.

Only had 2 instances and the manager on duty took care of the situations very quickly. Also the pool wasn't usable.
