Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

Decent overnight stay. Good beds. Clean updated rooms. Front desk over night staff was so nice and helpful(at 1 am) and kitchen manager went out of her way to be kind to us.

Breakfast closed an hour before they told us at checkin but they accommodated as best as possible. Kitchen manager was very nice and helpful and so very kind. Would be nice to have an airport shuttle as I can see no other reason for anyone to want to stay in this area of town unless they have to. Ride share drivers would reject our rides to not be in that dangerous area but it is necessary to have for emergency overnight stays.

The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. After traveling and arriving earlier than anticipated the staff allowed us to check into our rooms a little early. The room was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. They accommodated all our needs for this trip. We did not get a chance to get any breakfast due to the time we needed to leave. Check-out was easy and quick.

The only downside was the hotel location. However, that did not affect the hotel itself. The Hotel was great and we felt safe on the property but the neighborhood was a little sketchy.

I liked the size of the room and the bed. The room was nice.

The hotel could be pet friendly. Shreveport had a bad storm and power was out everywhere and still out make 3 days. And I had to leave my pet at home in a hot house. Had to go back and forth to check on her.

outside looked clean you know what they say first impressions and when I walked in I was meant by the most friendly person I knew my family and I was in good hands

The light/fan connection in bathroom. Using it during the night is a little disruptive to others sleep.

The room and bed were very comfortable and felt safe. The free breakfast was good. Enjoyed the availability of the indoor pool and hot tub. Friendly staff.

Room smelled like smoke. Half the room did not have power. Pools looked like they could have used some cleaning and the hot tub and pool were not as hot as expected, but not dirty enough to deter us from swimming.

Electronic key to room that worked without having to be taken out of protective sleeve. I also liked the fact that it was very near to a 24-hr. diner (Waffle House).

The vending machines could be stocked with a wider variety of microwavable food options. They missed out on a sale because there was only one option available during my stay.

A little pricey for room rate but later found out why due to a concert in the area.

Great pool hot tub. Beds really comfortable. Nice sized room.

We had to leave 2 nights early due to major storm coming. Awaiting refund . Concerned as to this happening.fridge didn't work in room. Entire wall behind beds outlets didn't work 😒
