DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis

Easy, free parking. Very comfortable beds. Most staff were very polite. The food from the restaurant was delicious. We didn't use it, but the pool looked very nice and was quite large.

We were given restaurant menus in the room to order room service, but when we did, after a wait on the phone, the kitchen staff replied that they didn't have anyone to run room service. That was one of the reasons we booked at a hotel with a restaurant. Fortunately, after calling the front desk, the agent said she would run the food herself. It was very nice of her and the food was delicious. When we ate at the restaurant, there was no one to seat us, so we waited a long time. The bartender had to serve us. They seemed a bit short-staffed in the restaurant. We also prefer having a microwave in the room so we can re-heat leftovers. Fortunately we found the microwave at the end of the hallway.

The location was perfect. There were very nice restaurants and shopping only walking distance away. We had a nice large room with a king bed that slept so well! The breakfast was delicious, too. I just wish that it was included in the overall hotel daily rate like many hotels do these days.

I didn't like that we had to pay extra for breakfast, and it was kind of loud at night due to our room being so close to the highway.

The room was nice, they got us to the top floor. TV was nice and staff was nice. I only dealt with one person, but he was nice.

I didn't like that the plug to the tub wasn't screwed on and also the water always built up in the tub. Even when I was washing my hands, I could hear water coming back up to the tub. So plumbing was kind of an issue. Also the toilet water was very high, my private area kept hitting the toilet water, made it uncomfortable to do number 2.

The second room I received was very comfortable, clean and we slept very well.

First room 119 had water damage on wall that shared the outside wall that had been covered up but not removed. The potential for mold existed, rippled wall paper and painted over mold. I have extreme sensitivity to mold, may have been fine for someone else. They promptly moved us.

it was a little dirty- trash sat out in the halls for long periods of time (almost 24 hours). ingredients for drinks were not fresh- the bartender made a face when the grapefruit juice was smelled and didn’t have any knowledge of cocktail recipes. it would have been nice to have breakfast included.

Everything was great. Great customer service in restaurant and bar! The breakfast was included, a buffet...a good option.

Good food at the breakfast bar buffet but was not hot, however; if they had it on warmers it would be much better. So 2 days we ordered off the menu and the meal was hot.

It was clean and the amenities was nice. The warm cookies are a nice touch and very delicious! I wanted to take a dozen home with me…

The view I had was horrible I was looking at the AC and heating system. For over $200 that I paid I should of had a better view…. Way too expensive!

Staff was very friendly and attentive. When we asked for toiletries we barely had to wait at all. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. This location also has a very nice (and very large) outdoor pool.

Didn't like having to ask for more toiletries/toilet paper because Covid prevented housekeeping from coming in during our week-long stay. (It was a little inconvenient but it's not really a big deal. I just hated to keep bothering the front desk staff and housekeepers).

Pantry & on site bar/restaurant and room service. Good breakfast time 6a 11a Staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Bartender very attentive to customers.

Needs something to cover bathroom floor..it is soooooo cold. Slip resistant hrow rug?

The staff was amazing. The front desk was friendly and the restaurant staff was awesome as well. It was nice to be treated with professionalism and I would come back again.

I didn’t like housekeeping trying to enter my room twice without knocking or acknowledging it was them entering. Traveling alone that is uneasy and scary when you don’t know who is trying to enter your room.
