Annapolis Waterfront Hotel, Autograph Collection

lovely hotel with well appointed rooms in great waterfront location close to Main Street

description on booking.com is wrong. I booked a room that said it had one king and one full bed - but it’s really only one king and it’s too late to change once the hotel sends the check in confirmation. luckily when I arrived, they were able to switch me to a room with two beds. THANKS! also, parking is $30+ dollars and there’s no mention of the cost on booking.com even in the fine print that I could find. restaurant at hotel is a lot of fun too but pricey for mediocre entrees, go for drinks, apps, good soups!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and points of interest. Room amenities are excellent. Helpful and friendly staff.

Parking is pay /valet service only. No breakfast provided. Hallway temperatures were around 80 degrees. Shower water temperature fluctuates often.

The location is great.

The room temperature would not get cooler than 72. It was super hot and very stuffy. There’s also no air circulation in the bathroom.  When we were there only one elevator was working. that was a super pain because they were so busy.

The staff was very accomodating from the time we approached the valet to the check in process with Rene. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making my husband's birthday very special! We will be back!!!

Breakfast was wonderful. We were able to sit outside at the dock and watch the boats and ducks. The menu had healthy choices which was a big plus.

Better bath towels, they were thin.

The breakfast was good and eating it on the deck of the restaurant was delightful while looking out over the bay with boats coming and going.

For dinner in the restaurant the service was slow and the drinks before dinner were mediocre at best. My sister who was so looking forward to a whiskey sour that she had many year's ago at Pusser's and thought it was the very best she had ever had thought it was the worst this time around.

This hotel has a nice waterfront location. It has a very good restaurant and allowed pets. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff were professional and friendly.

Personally, I would have liked to have a small Keurig coffee maker as well as a small microwave in the room.

The view from our room was so nice. The staff was super helpful when my husband accidentally sliced his finger open and needed first aid supplies. The valets who drive the hotel shuttle were really fast when calling for a pickup or dropoff.

We stayed Valentine's weekend and there was a winter storm that caused heavy amounts of sleet/ice to be on the ground and there just didn't seem to be alot of salt down to prevent falls. The hotel staff said they just weren't prepared for what came down.

Rene at reception was extremely helpful! lots of great recommendations and even an upgrade to a larger room with a separate living area! perfectly located between the two main “sides” of Annapolis, all around great!

Paul at front desk was very helpful.

I could not find in room dining menu for breakfast. It was not on Pusser’s website. It was inconvenient. I checked out early and went out for breakfast.
