I loved that the staff were always so helpful in making my experience feel like home. They asked if all was okay and even assisted with some of my baggage! I truly loved the food! It was so hearty and filling! The staff respected when I didn't want my room to be cleaned and assisted with some items that I was in need of.

I truly and honestly cannot say anything that I didn't like. Overall, I was able to say my experience was well worth going to this particular hotel! Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to experience Baltimore, MD with such awesome hospitality!

Hotel was very clean, rooms were immaculate, spacious, and very comfy. Staff were all very nice and helpful. We had issues with our room key and staff were great with coming up to let us in our room, then bringing us up keys that worked, which I wasn't expecting! Very helpful! The valet parking was great in that we didn't have to worry about finding parking on the street and the attendants were super friendly and punctual. Breakfast was really good, one of the best I've had at a hotel. And I can't say enough good things about the breakfast attendant! She was friendly, helpful, kept everything in tight order!

This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and always accommodating. The rooms are always clean and the bathroom is spacious. The shower has shampoo and body wash dispensers. There is a refrigerator and coffee pot and plenty room for suitcases. Tree is valet paring that won’t kill your pocket. Many times your Abe to find parking across the street from the hotel. I will always stay here when I’m in Baltimore..Y daughter lives in walking distance

The breakfast was the bare minimum and was not appetizing. The coffee was good but I expected eggs, bacon etc. This was more of a continental breaakfast.

The service, location , accomodations, the little touches, I felt very prepared with what was on sight. Not too much , not too little. Very clean, accessible, quiet. I imagine it could potentially get very busy here and I hope they do, but my stay so far has appeared half full to slow and I loved it.

There were a few minor things with the room. Nothing that bothered me when I stepped in, but as I get older I had to think to myself OHH crap what if they said I did this ? I was gonna take picture of the two little things when I walked it but said never mind, everyone's really cool and I'll let karma take care of it. All waz good .

Room was very nice. Really liked the roll out table which was stored under the computer work area. Made eating supper and playing cards very convenient. Had a curtain that could be pulled in place between the bed and the sofa for a little more privacy. Was a fairly quiet stay. Bathroom had pocket doors which was a good way of maximizing space. Microwave did a great job of cooking my popcorn!

Main issue was the valet parking when checking in. Checking out and getting our van was no problem but I felt that the checking in process could have been much smoother. It was bunched up with people pulling in front of my friend. To make matters worse, there was a police officer waiting to give out parking tickets! Breakfast was just a muffin and granola bars which wasn't my main beef, but breakfast sandwiches had been advertised as their grab and go product in the room information provided.

Breakfast basic self service with microwavable items such as omlettes and breakfast baps, a self serve waffles machine and juices / coffee. I've had better coffee, but it was drinkable. Rest was really good.

We were not able to get breakfast as it was so crowded and by the time it was our turn they ran out of it .

The room is roomy (1 bed, sofa, work area, kitchenette). Roomy vanity and good shower

Breakfast choices are mostly pre-made and microwave to heat up. Not as appetizing. And probably due to COVID, although there is a freezer section for foods to cook in your room, it was empty.

The Hotel was very inviting and welcoming really pretty nice and totally clean. Outside was free of trash of any kind and really easy to find . We were a little late on checking in and kinda anxious however the nice lady at the front desk calmed us down and let us know it was totally ok and I thank her so much for that . Overall I loved my stay n I will be returning.

I have no dislikes.

The location, room size, and layout were great. The breakfast was good and the staff was great.

The only problems I had were a lamp at the desk did not work and bathroom ceilings and upper walls had not been cleaned well. They had mold and hair on them.
