Hampton Inn & Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor

Very nice clean modern hotel and in a great location near the harbor. The room was large, clean and well appointed with very comfy beds and a great bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and in lovely settings. All staff were friendly and happy and helped make our stay here a memorable one - thanks.

Nothing really to put here, the hotel was delightful. However parking is quite awkward and expensive from our experience.

Nice breakfast. Great location and within walking distance if the inner harbor and many restaurants. Nice sized room with microwave and refrigerator. Great for my family.

The bathroom smelled as though it hadn't been cleaned and the tub and toilet were stopped up upon arrival. The staff came and took care of the clogs but the smell in the bathroom remained. Note: this was our 2nd room at this hotel, as we extended our stay. The first room was immaculate so this was not a normal issue. Also the coffee station near the entrance had an unusually high number of fruit flies.

The room was very clean and accommodating. The room was missing an Iron but staff was able to replace it quickly.

The pool did not appear clean.

Location was great- able to walk right to the Aquarium.

Set up of the breakfast area- Saturday Morning was total craziness. We had to wait over 20+ minutes to make waffles. Waffle station needs to be moved to a more open area, with another 1-2 waffle makers and another waffle mix dispenser. Currently the waffle batter dispenser is right next to the first waffle iron- which then said person making waffle are in the way of the batter dispenser. Need better cereal selection for children. In room- they need bigger trash cans. I had to go ask the front desk for a large trash bag- we had 2 adults, and 3 children in our room we did Grubhub for dinner and had a lot of trash (boxes) and no where to get rid of them.

Location was excellent… easy to get to and a 2 short blocks to inner harbor. We arrived early, but staff was extremely helpful and let us check in early. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with every question and request.

The indoor pool was super crowded, which is not a reflection of the hotel at all! I should have expected this as it was the only hotel I could find with an indoor pool within walking distance to inner harbor.

Expect to pay $42/day for valet parking. The area for valet is a bit confusing. Needs better signage. Other than that everything was really good. The pool was cold first day but then the heater was fixed and it was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic! Location was perfect for walking to all of the sites like the aquarium and restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay there again!

Valet parking was really nice and convenient. Also really enjoyed the breakfast they had down in the lobby each morning. That was worth the price of the stay.

It was loud and rowdy downtown the first night we were there. We came back from the casino and there was a lot of yelling and screaming outside the hotel. The city is full of homeless people which I feel very bad for them but it’s part of life everywhere we go to other cities.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location close to the harbor and CFG Bank Arena. Pool was nice and clean and we had it all to ourselves.

Didn’t see the fine print about $150 security deposit which we got back after our stay but wish they would’ve been more forthcoming about the hidden fee. And parking is vallet which wasn’t clear we wouldn’t have access to our vehicle whenever which wasn’t clear either.

Location was great! Very close to the aquarium and many restaurants. Staff was nice and so was the valet team. My second room was nice, clean and spacious.

My first room smelled very badly of cigarettes. I went back down and told the front desk and they very quickly and without question changed my room. A minor inconvenience but they made it right. Also it was $38 a night to park my car in the garage which I found a bit pricy but there did not seem to be a better option so we just went with it.
