Accommodations went well. When I was not happy with my room, I was able to get another room to accommodate my needs.

The restaurant could have been a little more accommodating. The food was not that good, and my party had to keep asking for clean utensils and glassware because it was not cleaned properly. The food did not come out as ordered. If I could rate the restaurant, it would be a three.

Clean comfortable hotel, centrally located and ideal for the convention centre.

Despite choosing it and the booking saying ‘breakfast included’ that’s not actually the case, breakfast breakfast included covered a coffee and snack from a fridge in reception, however a very good reasonably priced cooked breakfast was available in the restaurant. Worth knowing so you aren’t caught out like I was!

We were promised by Booking.Com that the cost of breakfast was included … it was not … an extra $25/day. Transportation from/to the airport (BWI) was overpriced. Not a lot of real good options …no shuttle service to/from the airport.

Room cleaning was good but, they had to be asked to do our room. One day they were cleaning the room next to mine, I asked is my room next? They said no. We wanted to get ready to go to the ballpark. So I had to tell the front desk.

the layout would be good if you want a door between the living room/bathroom and bedroom. really friendly helpful staff and valets. location for walking to convention center and inner harbor is good.

used the sleeper couch- cushions very dirty, weird room layout, breakfast not good - nothing healthy -for $18

I like that it’s located in the Heart of Downtown so I was in walking distance to other destinations.

I didn’t like that there’s no parking near, they have a garage but you have to pay $30 a night. I really feel like they should either discount the parking fee or include it as a complimentary.

Clean room and really liked the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom

The Tell Tale Restaurant. Waited 45 minutes at a table and nobody ever approached us. We ended up walking out and finding breakfast somewhere else. Also view from room was of a wall.

My stay was amazing from the valet staff to the front desk clerk...very pleasant and professional! I definetly appreciated their attitude.

Complimentary breakfast could have had better variety...but not a big deal. And maybe vending machine for drinks and snacks.

I thought the hotel was very clean and the rooms were big and spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was awesome

Our room was by the hotel elevator. So we just heard the elevator at night. That was only negative. But not a big deal for us.

The room was great especially the bed and linens lol. The bathroom was great updated and all. And the service desk employees was nice and easy to talk to too. Given the fact that the hotel was open and following the CDC guidelines during Covid-19 I believe they did a good job.

Well given the face I was on the second floor the view was just boring but that's not the Hotel fault. And neither the hotels fault when someone gets sick in the elevator. The night desk employee did not do a good job cleaning it up.
