Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clear Spring, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was great! Even up until 8:45 there were plenty of delicious, well-stocked options. The hotel is very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of nice pillows. The bathroom was nice/clean and everything was in working order. All staff members were very helpful and accommodating. I've stayed a lot of places and this was an extremely nice hotel for the price. Thank you to the staff and hotel manager for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

I couldn't change the setting on the shower head to a softer setting and there were no tissues. Very minor things.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We had paid considerably more for the two other hotels on our trip north, yet this hotel was by far the best one. Everything was great except the fact it's a few miles from the main highway. That said, we're very glad we stayed here. Cute town, nice Italian restaurant across the street from the hotel and all in a very picturesque location.

The only drawback was a minor one, and that's the hotel's location a few miles away from the main highway.

Friendly staff when checking in. The room provided everything. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were lovely 😊. Nice pool area and some outside seating. The breakfast was also good with hot food as well as continental options - including porridge (oatmeal), which is a nice touch. We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but would happily stay again.

The location was convenient along the highway so made for a good traveling stop. Room was clean and comfortable

There was a pet fee that was not clearly stated in my booking. I had indicated on my reservation that I V was traveling with pets and received an email response indicating that my request was not an issue and there would be no additional charge. However the hotel itself made a charge of $50. It appears that this is a regular situation at the hotel encounters when handling third-party bookings

Great place to stop while passing through western Maryland. Nice clean hotel with a pretty good breakfast included. Very convenient access on and off the expressway. Cute little town to walk through for a little exercise before bed. Italian restaurant across the street was good, though they don't serve alcohol.

Nothing really to complain about.

Probably one of the cleanest hotels that I have stayed in. The bed linens were spotless and made perfectly. The bathroom was sparkling and looked like it had never been used. Breakfast was very good and I usually dont expect much for the free breakfast at hotels. All in all it was definitely one of the most comfortable hotel stays I have ever had.

I cant think of anything that would need changed.

Easy check-in. Girl at front desk very kind & helpful. Very comfy bed nice that view was wooded area . Liked setup of the room. Liked ice machine on all floors. Wide variety breakfast & beverages

Hot tub not functioning but the tub in my room sufficed, wish pool was heated a little bit more .

Staff was exceptionally helpful, courteous and pleasant and they made the stay more comfortable. Cozy, comfortable bed. Very quiet. Both room and bathroom very large. Breakfast was excellent - far more variety than expected. Warm Cinnamon Buns a very good coffee in a comfortable spacious setting with a TV in the eating area.

No problem. We would have appreciated more towels since our stay was multiple nights, but I'm sure I could have just asked at the desk as the staff was more than approachable and accommodating.

Location was amazing! The parking, although it was pricey, was beneficial since we had in and out capabilities and we could stay until 5pm on the day of checkout. Starbucks was attached and McDonald's and a pizza place was right next door. We loved it!

The room was a little small and it would be nice if they had a complimentary shuttle to attractions further away like the zoo and Arlington.

I loved everything about this place! The room was very clean and extremely nice and roomy! Loved the pool and hot tub. Fitness room was very nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Could not have asked for anything better! We will definitely be staying here again!
