The place was immaculate. The staff was beyond friendly! Our toy poodle dog had a wonderful visit too. The staff was extra kind to her, even gave her a treat and signed us up for the rewards program. The breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious! Everything from start to finish was just wonderful there! It was the perfect location off the highway, and right up the street from our destination. It even had shops and food right across the street. We highly recommend this place!

it was very clean. the breakfast was, much great better than most hotel chains. the amenities were perfect for a family or a girls trip. The staff was pleasant. They greeted us every time we came back. The manager (JP or PJ) was extremely accommodating when I needed to make a last minute adjustment to my reservation. The location was awesome. Restaurants in walking distance. Many other cuisines a short drive away. Vally Mall less than a mile away. I can’t think of a better location. The only small small thing which has nothing to do with Home2 Suites. The closest Dunkin Donuts was almost 10 minutes away. Just a little note to pass onto to City of Hagerstown. 🙂

N/A. Everything was perfect

The hotel was very modern and Tastefully decorated. They had a nice gym and pool area. I don't like most indoor pools but this one was a pleasant exception due to the ample indoor lighting and natural lighting. The chlorine was not overwhelming. The lobby and breakfast area are very large and comfortable. The breakfast was standard but sufficient for our family. The room was also very large and had plenty of great storage and counter space. The beds were comfortable but not super comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure was strong. The parking was easily accessible and the hotel is in a nice area.

We booked in Hagerstown so we could travel around the area for a few days and see some autumn colors. It was the perfect location for driving up Skyline Drive on the way, spending a day in Frederick & another day taking in the history of Antietam battlefield. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful with local attractions.

Only drawback was the shower water pressure. But that was so minor compared to all of the other good things.

we had so many favorite parts. breakfast was delicious, there was plenty of room for us and the kids to sit together in the lobby and on the patios we played a family game by the fire pit many guests stopped to watch us because it was just as fun to watch as it was to play. the room was gorgeous very clean. I own a cleaning business I always do inspection before the kids come into the room ( we travel often) this was the first time I didn’t have to clean anything.

the bathroom didn’t have a lock on the door. only complaint everything else was perfect

It was a very nice stay..It was very clean. One of the cleanest places I've stayed at. We were able to extend our stay as needed.

I didn't like that housekeeping was attempting to come in the room at 7 or 8 am. Did not even give us time to respond just trying to come straight in. Every morning when my family and I were still sleeping. Even the morning of check out we had not checked out yet but was attempting to come in at 7 am. Check out was not till 11am.

First, it was clean. The bright colors used for decorating gave the hotel a happy face.

The clerk at checkin didn’t seem to enjoy her job very much. Rattled the same speech about breakfast,etc. to each guest in a lackluster monotone voice with very little eye contact. She didn’t believe us until a housekeeper confirmed that there were dogs barking right across from our room on the 4th floor and we needed a different room. At first said there were no other rooms but she eventually found one. The dogs had not been declared and according to the housekeeper had been barking all day. Hotel establishment needs a better way to monitor pets. Can’t always depend on honesty.

The room was immaculate. It was incredibly spacious, with a full kitchen stocked with serving utensils, dish soap, large fridge and auto dishwasher . Bathroom sparkling clean. Comfy beds and pillows, large seating area. Lots of storage space. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Staff were attentive, upbeat, respectful , courteous .

It could not have been better. It exceeded all expectations.

- room was great, altough the airing is quite loud - staff is really friendly, lots of parking - the gym is quite ok

- breakfast very american, poor coffee. as long as you like to heaten your bagels or you are satisfied with eggs in aluminium foil, you will be ok

arrived Saturday late afternoon. upon arrival, was very disappointed in staff. no proper greeting. no hospitality. unprofessional and unhelpful staff. three employees sitting at a table on cell phones ignored me. no one attended front desk! disgraceful! need to replace the front desk employees.
