The location, on our way from IAD to Pittsburgh, easy to find. Loved the waffle machine at breakfast. Bed was really comfortable
Apart from the waffle machine, the breakfast was a bit light (no fruits, no yogurts), the milk had turned off. We had to turn down the heater in the bedroom, overnight, it was way too noisy!

My family has been stopping at the Hagerstown Super 8 on our yearly road trips for some time. We have seen it at it's best, but it is in need of a freshening. The beds are getting soft from use and the hallway carpets could use a sincere cleaning or outright replacement (they smell).
The people who run the place are really nice, and are always accommodating whenever they can be. I love that the water is always hot, the water pressure is always good and the price is undeniably right.

The Super 8 Hagerstown is a nice layover spot. The rooms are clean, the water is hot and the water pressure is very good - very important when you want to relax after a long days driving. I never partake of the breakfast, not because I don't like it, but because I prefer to sleep a little later and then go to the nearby Waffle House.
The Hallways smell of smoke, but importantly the room did not.

There was food and trash on the hallway floors. Loud guest, yelling and kept trying to get in to our room. Beds were not comfortable..
