Mostly clean facilities and bathrooms, decent breakfast when you can make your own waffles, if mix is available. Front desk staff are pleasant and courteuous from my experience, can accomodate if you have issues. Beds comfortable enough, AC works well. Toiletries were stocked, sheets clean.

1st room had a noisy AC, family couldn't sleep well. Once transferred to another, much better. They also cut off the water / drinks fountain after breakfast time it seems, maybe to cut costs or upsell the bottled drinks / snacks, etc. At least you can still get your own ice though. Also found one bug, though it was just a small silverfish in the restroom. Otherwise, not too awful.

TV position/operation/channels were good. Water pressure was good. Large desk for placing items, writing, computer, etc. Waffles were good

Handicapped accommodations for shower (i.e., seat, more handrails). Telephone in room was not operable. Unable to close curtains completely....sun beamed in the room early in the morning. Real sausage and eggs would have been nice. Tables at breakfast needed cleaning more frequently by staff as guests finished eating.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was just right. It was clean and tidy. The staff was very nice and breakfast was excellent 👌🏽.

There was no exhaust in the bathroom for the steam shower but it was very clean ,tidy and pleasant to stay I would definitely be staying again .

The adjoining room door didn't close or lock properly, I was concerned that someone would enter my room as I heard them turning their door. Loud talking all night in the hallway. Pronounced smell of marijuana permeated the hallways and elevator.

Front desk staff is everything. Tracy and Armand are really nice ,they go above and beyond, if your room doesn't have towels or wash cloths while housekeeping is not there they will get it and bring it to your room.just love them they are absolutely amazing !!!!!

Just please have housekeeping make sure that the rooms are adequately stocked (trowels, washclloths toilet paper and tissue also if its low leave back up for the guests so we dont have to go down andask front desk

I took a lovely homeless man I know from the neighborhood (I work around the corner), who I was unable to get into a shelter. He is older and disabled. When I checked him in I paid cash, and the woman at the desk realized what was going on. It was later in the evening, and I asked if he could have a late checkout. She immediately and happily obliged, offering a 1pm checkout. That extra 2 hours of safety and comfort meant the world to Mr. Edward's. I wish I could remember her name, but she did a seemingly small thing, and also restored my faith in humanity. Because of the kindness she showed to a man, who feels he is treated as an alien normally, I could leave knowing he would be treated with respect. It was a lovely experience, after the disheartening one of not being able to get him help thru the county. Good was done, and I am grateful. The next day Thomas felt so much better, and he deserved that.

The room was clean and comfortable

Only problem was that the small refrigerator was making intermittent noises. Once I fell asleep I didn’t hear it.

The room were spacious, nice bathroom, smelled nice and clean set up.

The breakfast egg omelettes no cheese, dry pancakes, mean staff

it’s a clean place I’ve booked there in the past

my room had to be change because the toilet in my room was broke.
