Club Wyndham National Harbor

The jacuzzi was amazing, the waterfall was one of the highlights of the trip. Proximity to waterfront, ferris wheel, e.t.c Kitchen well stocked, great TV with HDMI capability. Lobed the tub!! However there's not a real comfortable place for the neck... Bed and pillows were super comfy. Balcony looked fun, but weather was easy to cold to use it.

Paying $20 every night for parking really boosted our daily rate to about $250 a day for a one bedroom with a mediocre view. Internet speed and limitation of devices was frustrating. Bathrooms were cold in winter with no rug or bathmat on the tile. Bed could have used a thicker and king sized comforter in January, it was cold! ( and Windows are not well- insulated.) The flickering green light in the toilet room was disturbing and very annoying. We're concerned about plugs sparking when inserted into outlet, we think the apartment needs an electrical safety checkup, including all the lamps.

Absolutely Everything .From the time we pulled up, until the time we checked Out. We were not even checked in and the porter/ doorman . Eller believe his name is.. He unloaded our travel bags from the car and took everything into our room and even hung up my clothing in the closet. He was always kind and helpful our entire stay. We were upgrade to a 2 bedroom. Our room was beautiful and spotless. Very peaceful and relaxing. Also We Loved our stay. We will be returning.. Also it was Hot and we enjoyed having nice cold bottled water available in the lobby 24/7. We loved having the balcony with a view of the national harbor. was very comfortable the whole stay.

Absolutely LOVED it.

The hotel was clean, smelled good/refreshing. The staff was very helpful. The staff assisted with unloading the car and taking the luggage up to the room. The pool facility was clean and nice size. The room was a nice size and clean. Both bathrooms had ample amount of towels and wash clothes for use. The beds were pretty comfortable. The kitchen was clean and provided the necessary to cook meals in the room. Overall, a nice spot to stay!

Curbside check-in is a great idea, however it was a bit time consuming. The staff constantly came to my car to check in on me, but it was still a bit much just waiting to get my key. If the hotel can improve the speed of the check-in process, that would make the check-in process a bit smoother. Look into getting mobile check-in systems so that the staff doesn't have to walk into the hotel lobby to check folks in. Plus there's the risk of credit card theft, potentially because the staff takes the ID card and Credit Card to check in. That could leave folks a little on ease with the staff walking away with those key items.

There were several surfaces in the room that weren’t clean: coffee spills on the bedside table, grease/liquid marks on the living room coffee table and tall kitchen counter, and something that was dried liquid on the master bathroom floor next to the toilet paper holder (disgusted to think what it was).

The room and the property and room's amenities were great.

I had to pay for parking and I was a little disappointed because they told me I would have a balcony but when I got there they said it was not available.

Good location. Walkable to the conference centers, national harbor, and restaurants. Bed was comfy, room was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly.

Had to sit through a 5 minute welcome spiel before I could get to my room at 10 PM at night.

Check in was easy. The associate was professional and courteous. The hallway was very clean and bright.

We thought the room could have been a little better cleaned. We found clothes in the bedroom with the king bed and hair in multiple places throughout. The carpet needs cleaning and the couch had spots on the head rest area.

The location was central to many places we wanted to visit. It was a short car ride to the outlets, downtown Washington DC and VA. the area is safe and walkable for local food and harbor activities.

No routine cleaning, we had to take out our own trash, facilities could use updates

The only 2 things I would slightly complain about are: 1 - Our room was right beside the elevator so we heard that all night long. 2 - They will try to sell you a timeshare.

The sales pitch when we arrived. We decided we would rather pay for parking than sit through a video. They shouldn’t be doing this sort of thing. It didn’t sit well with us.
