Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms and showers.

The price was quite steep for 1 night. I could see if we had a jacuzzi in our room, a full kitchen or something for $220. Breakfasts could be expanded a bit to offer more hot items. More parking for disabled guests would be great too. Non slip shower mats or flooring definitely needs to be incorporated inside the shower but we were only offered a towel to put on the shower floor to minimize a slip and fall?? 😳. Good thing I brought non slip shower shoes.

I am a health food person and not too keen on the white flour and sausage kind of breakfast, but it was okay for what it was, EXCEPT THE COFFEE, which was horrid If you can fill a cup to the brim with coffee and still see the bottom, you know someone does not know how to make coffee. It was like that both mornings.

Oh see above about the coffee.

Location was great Staff was wonderful Room was clean, sanitized We were able to check in early which was very helpful! Liked having free breakfast

No hot water for a shower at 10:00 a.m!! We were given a room that was accessible for people with disabilities, which was ok except the toilet was too low for us . Breakfast was ok, it was nice having it included. But frequently the coffee ran out and we had to wait 20 min for more , cups ran out quickly as did cup holders.

Breakfast was good, there were alot of guests and things were not refilled.

My room was by the elevator, and I could here the motors of the elevators all night long!! I had friends who booked there and they paid 135 and and 145 a night, my room was 200. That's a bit of a discrepancy, a bit unfair.

Convenient to the highway, good seafood restaurant within walking distance, friendly staff.

Elevators were slow and the number of them was inadequate for the size of the hotel.

Everything was absolutely amazing freshness of the entire hotel and room. I always have to clean the room before I unpack, I didn’t have to pray any Lysol. Breakfast was delicious. Love Hampton Inn.

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff were very nice.

I had booked through Booking.com. When we were checking in we asked to add a 4th night. We were told we could, no problem. However it was not communicated to us that by doing so all 4 nights would be charged at the hotel's rate which is higher than Booking.com. Since this was not communicated to us we did not ask about the AAA or AARP rates. As a result our bill was much higher than expected.

I didn't eat breakfast but the location is great.

Check out. No one was at the front desk when I left so I left the key in the drop box. I was charged a $50 uncoincidental fee that I was not supposed to have been charged. I had to call the manager to be refunded.

Clean Quiet

We didn’t know breakfast was unavailable until we checked in. And it was only explained in thorough to a couple who checked in before us. Not that you want to listen in or other people’s personal business, but no explanation was given to us. A reason we picked this hotel was because it included breakfast. They highlight breakfast included in the app. But offered only oatmeal, tea, and coffee; not even muffins or donuts. So the cost of the stay should have been discounted. Overall stay was very comfortable though. Thank you.

We liked that it was clean and comfortable. Also, the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was a great location, too.

We wish that there would have been more options for breakfast; however, we understand that the Covid-19 restrictions made that difficult. Also, we wish that we would have known in advance that the pool was closed; however, again, that was a Covid-19 restriction, so we understand.
