The staff was super nice.
The restaurant was closed so we had to leave for breakfast. The walls were paper thin so we heard everything in the room next to us and above us. The temperature in the room stayed pretty hot even though we turned the thermostat down, and we had to pay to park and use wifi on top of paying $200 a night! Thats not right.

We asked to check in early and we did. However we were not able to get connecting rooms perhaps because two connecting rooms were not available early. However we were on the same floor.
Things were very busy at breakfast but someone (manager?) came to the rescue and all was well. Also some rooms were to be set aside at a lower rate for the Towson 1962 Reunion, however there were none available when we made our reservations.

Location was great, just how I knew it would be. I got there much later than the check in time, and so I called ahead to let them know that I was on my way, although it was late already. When getting there, me and my parents had a pleasant surprise to be so welcomed by Jason and Connor at the front desk. They're fast, polite, to the point and very friendly. They explained everything, there was no need to ask any question!

The pool is open! staff was very nice and helpful! would love to stay here again!
when we were making the bed, we noticed the blanket between the comforter and the sheet looked very grungy and it didn’t look very sanitary. and there was no where to put the used pool towels in the pool room so we took them back to our room and they made the whole room smell like chlorine.

Lovely, spacious hotel in a very convenient location, right beside a mall. All of the hotel staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming of us with our little dog :-)
It came as a surprise to discover that it cost $12.95 every time I phoned from my room to the reception desk/ for room service. I did not expect that - but maybe it is the norm in the US, I don't know. For me, this was a 'hidden charge'.
