I liked the food and beverage options at the cafe, staff was very helpful and friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet, balcony and courtyard add a soothing element. I felt safe. Price was very good for the quality. I hope price does not increase after renovations are completed. Close to family located in the area. Will definitely stay there again if the price remains in my affordable range.

Within driving distance of the Shore Leave convention. The staff was very accommodating. They gave us so many extra blankets, towels, pillows, coffee, cups.
The hallways are super hot n humid. Seems to be common for the hotels in the area. They probably want to save money on air conditioning.

The staff at breakfast were delightful. However, the oatmeal was a little soupy and not tasty.
Nothing but the oatmeal. The outdoor lighting was not good. We arrived at night and passed the hotel because nothing was lit up, not even the name of the hotel.

I booked at the other Marriott across the street. I was there for a wedding. Kristine at the front called the other Marriott and asked if they would cancel my reservation free of charge. They did cancel and she booked me at your hotel. It was greatly appreciated and great customer service.

very convenient location love the Starbucks onsite clean rooms & comfy bed
did not have a microwave in room outside needs some repairs that if fixed would give a more accurate impression of the inside (broken screens on balcony) elevator needs some DW 40 to stop squeaking

Very quiet. No loud noises, we worked 12-14 hours on Sunday and 16 hours on Monday and were able to get relaxed when we came back to the room.

The room was very clean. Location quiet and safe.
No breakfast- even a bagged breakfast would have been appreciated. Also, no matter how high I turned up the heat, it never got warm enough in the room for me (80 degrees- it was very cold last night!) I didn’t find the extra blanket in the closet until the morning and the comforter was thin! Tea bags were missing and I had to go to the front desk to get them.
