La Quinta by Wyndham Baltimore N / White Marsh

The staff was wonderful, so pleasant. Everytime I walked in or out they greeted me with great kindness. My room was very clean. This is a pet friendly hotel and my room smelled fantastic! I do not like the smell of animals so they did a very great job at keeping the hotel clean and smelling good. The breakfast was amazing, just what I needed for the busy week I had. I will definitely be back.

Construction work is directly in front of property the first time trying to get onto the property I got lost. Can't wait for construction to be completed hopefully they'll be done before summer when I have to come back.

Comfortable bed

They close breakfast area exactly 10am. I was standing in line to make my waffles 9:45, the batter had just finish and we ask the staff for more batter. She said it's finish and the kitchen was closed. We said but its not 10am yet. So please give us more batter so we can have breakfast. Apart from that all other breakfast item was gone. So I think they should be more consideration in breakfast. For example. If you are there up until 10am then you should have full service. . The pool was also not working.

The front desk staff that we encountered when checking in, I want to say his name was Darrien, or something close to that, was very professional, very personable and was very clear on instructions. he was genuinely a beautiful soul who didn’t keep us waiting. When we checked out, there was another man, I didn’t catch his name, but he was so friendly, made us all laugh and was very comforting. I wish I knew his name, because he also deserves recognition.

the construction around the hotel, and no clear guidance on where to turn to get in.

Very comfortable bed. Room a good size for one person (but if you are traveling with someone else, get a larger room). Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Near to the Interstate.

The drive-way entrance off of Philadelphia Road is so small and insignificant that you could drive right past it, which I did. Better you should enter via Fontana Lane and drive through a parking lot in front of a bank to get to the hotel. The hotel should make this clear. Also, although the WiFi password was written on the paper cover that the key comes in, it wasn't explained to me that this handwritten phrase was the WiFi password, and so I had to go back down to the front desk to find out this information.

the location was close to different restaurants, shopping centers and a mall. The breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful. If I needed anything for the room, I either went down to the front desk or someone brought it up. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Anthony was especially helpful and went above and beyond, even when he had to work a double shift, he was still very pleasant. The staff that we encountered during our stay were all friendly and helpful.

There was an order in the hallway on the 2nd floor, and the elevator was running slow. I would have enjoyed meat to go with my waffles, and butter to go on my bread.

The breakfast was fine and anything free is always good. The location worked well and I enjoyed the area for eating out and shopping. The staff was cordial and willing to help with an excellent attitude. The price was good and I chose it because of the physical fitness center. They have a pool outside. A little more attention to detail in the facilities would make it an excellent place to stay and probably more expensive. When I go back to Baltimore I will check their prices first and if they are the same I will book them. Lastly it is a place that I could take my wife without her complaining too much.

Did not like smelling dope in the halls.

the bed was very comfortable. staff were friendly. The process was swift. temperature control is good. room looks nice.location was good. easy drive to places we needed. Gym looked great. Sorry, didn’t take any photos.

There was a bit of miscommunication on breakfast hours. night staff said 7-10am. but it’s really 7-9am. not a big deal. it didn’t affect me much but still to note. The only major dislike was that when I first got into the room and went to use the bathroom, it was used and clogged 🤢 the house keeper unclogged it even tho he was going to leave. and I asked him to also spray it with cleaning products.

The staff was amazing super friendly and made sure you was ok. They gave great information to help you get to your destination. It was super clean and welcoming. I will come back to stay there if I am ever in Baltimore. Please keep up the great hospitality. The breakfast was amazing. I hope the next time I come back.the pool will.be open.

The toilets are super low,but everything else was amazing

Clean, safe, comfortable rooms with excellent lighting, climate control, and minimal to nonexistent noise from other guests. Continental breakfast. Reasonable cost. Well lit parking lot. Near the highway. Many dining options in the shopping center across the street.

Entrance to the property is extremely difficult to access, especially when the main road is crowded with impatient drivers. The hotel is set back from the main road, but you have to zig-zag through another business's parking lot to get to it. Please get better road signage please!
