The room that I had had a glass door for the shower, which I love!

The only thing I didn’t like was people kept eating on the stairwell and leaving the plates and ketchup packets on the stairwell. Also my last night of staying people kept knocking on our door 3:40am but heard them knock on everyone else’s door right after. It was a little scary. But all the other nights were great.

It was in a safe location on my way home from Thanksgiving in Dighton, MA. It was a great room and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast included a waffle maker, toasting machine for toasting bread or bagels, butter and cream cheese, muffins, various cereals, coffee and tea. The breakfast area was spotless and very spacious and stately with a Victorian feel. Even the music playing was very elegant.

The rug in the bedroom could use a good cleaning over by the lamp. The hair dryer was missing so couldn't wash my hair. The tub faucet would not shut off completely although I tried a few times. It didn't have an alarm clock. These were all minor and did not affect my stay overall. Highly recommend this hotel for a good overnight stay.

The property is very nice. We enjoyed this place, didn’t have any significant problems. At the beginning we thought we have less outlets, than we would’ve needed, cuz some of them were broken. But then we found some extra, that staff left for us, which was a good solution. Bathroom was clean and nice, we got some soaps and stuff, towels. Tv was working as well. Breakfast was really good with many of the options (bagels/waffles/cereals/milk, even reduced fat milk, butter, jams, coffee, juices etc). Once we needed an ice machine, staff kindly let us use it. And there was at least two of the ice machines, because the first one we found on the first floor didn’t work and staff suggested to get up to the second floor, where we found another one, which worked. Staff was kind and helpful. We even noticed an old piano in the lobby, but didn’t dare to ask to play.

The only thing that might become a reason for someone not to come here is the town itself. It doesn’t seem safe, at least it didn’t seem to us. While getting there, we were thinking, if anything would happen to our car. Luckily nothing happened. The Hotel itself has a good appearance and it stays kinda separately from the whole picture of the location.

The bedroom and the bed were comfortable, the bathroom also looks good and have enough room for the kids bath.

The room looks good, and so do the guest room. But, it seems like they don't maintenance the room properly. One lamp broke when I tried to move her. The sofa wasn't comfortable and very old and also not clean. It wasn't clean like the bedroom. In the booking website they wrote they have breakfast but when we arrived they said they don't due to covid. We have 3 child and it was hard to get food when we don't have time for this. There wasn't breakfast although in booking they wrote they have. The lamp broke when I tried gently to move her, the air conditioner was very noisy and disturb us at night.

We didn't eat breakfast at this hotel, but we have at other Ramada Hotels and it was always very good.

The hot water took several minutes to get hot enough to shower and I would suggest that there be an extra blanket in the closet. The bed was comfortable but just not warm enough.

They are dog friendly which is cool. Very clean facilities. The restaurant is a great asset and the food was great

It's an older facility but we'll kept. There was a real squishy area of floor on the second floor hallway which caught me off guard. Their still advertising continental breakfast which is not true.

Restrant was great. Staff was very good. Very helpful.

The shower curtain wasn't long enough. Water went everywhere. Everything else was good.

The room was OK. The heat/air did not work. The manager brought us a space heater. I was kinda afraid to go to sleep because I know that space heaters can start a fire. There were no bath towels in the room or an adequate supply of towel paper. The manager brought those items once we asked.

The breakfast was a disappointment. The bananas were totally green.

It’s close to my son’s family. Great bed. Fridge and microwave in room worked great.

When I checked in, they said the had no elevator to my floor. I was dumbfounded. Who remembers to ask if a hotel has an elevator??? Eventually they showed me an elevator in the back and they did allow me to use it.

Room was clean and very spacious. Great room for the price

Would of liked coffee other than the generic brand that was in the room and only choice if I wanted coffee in the morning.
