Hilton Providence

The overall experience at the Hilton in Providence was enjoyable that resulted in a comfortable stay during our weekend vacation. The staff was helpful and was able to help with any questions or reasonable requests while we were in our room. The room atmosphere was also comfortable with a larger size television compared to most hotels and a desk in the two-bedroom room.

There are a few details that could be improved at this location including an in-room refrigerator or informing the guest that a mini fridge is available during check-in (we didn't realize this until our second day), a more complete breakfast buffet, or a continental breakfast all week with more staff, only one person was working in the morning when we checked out on Monday, and possibly redesigning the lobby that could look better. The lobby was attractive when first entering the hotel but there are sections that look unused or empty compared to how they were initially designed before covid and possibly other changes throughout the years.

This is my second time I am staying at Hilton,and I have no complaints. The check in was quick and simple, and I think I actually got the same room I got back in December so that was nice. My last trip was for a hockey game but that got cancelled due to COVID-19. So it was nice to be able to come to providence again and be able to come to the hockey in April. I plan to come to providence again soon :)

I don't have any complaints with the hotel can't wait to stay at the hotel again soon :)

There are a lot of bad reviews for this property, but if you go in not expecting something new/pristine and knowing you will have to pay for parking, it’s perfectly adequate and the location is perfect. The staff allowed me to keep my car in the garage after checkout so we could go have lunch without looking for parking. 👍

close to shopping center and good public transportation

no refrigerator in the room, ice maker from third to twelve floor, and housekeeping every two days, and the entrance from parking to the Lobby is not handicap accessible, $27.00/night stay parking are a big surprise to know when you get to the front desk…

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were heavenly

Continental breakfast was expensive ($18 per person), the heat was set to 58 degrees and it was like a sauna in the room (I’m always cold and it was way too hot for me) but no way to turn it down/shut it off, parking was $27 in the Hilton parking garage

Loved the location, how clean it was and how friendly the employees were.

No breakfast availability, everything was extra (inuding almost 30 bucks for parking). The lighting in the room was weird.. only 2 lamps. The TV wasn't connected to anything.

I appreciate it the hospitality that this hotel gave us and the gratitude they see the situation and they could help us with it I was overwhelmed my son overwhelmed with the appreciation and the help that they gave us much love for this hotel

Nothing was wrong All of it was GREATFUL

It was downtown and close to public transportation. Plenty of good Italian restaurants nearby. The staff was very nice.

Not a real restaurant on site. The lighting in the bathroom was way too dim.

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Good towels. TV had ample channels. Loved the in-room coffee maker with actual creamer (not powder). Great location if visiting providence.

Really nothing I can complain about.

The gym was very nice

Paying $28 for parking. I was given a $30 "food" credit, but I would have much rather not have had to pay for parking since I wasn't eating at the hotel.
