Red Roof Inn Boston - Southborough/Worcester

Price was unbeatable! No deposit or fee for our dog, which was super refreshing! Probably the main reason why we chose this hotel! Rooms were nice. Beds were clean and comfy. Staff was the best and check in as the easiest ever!! Beautiful grounds. Have a nice big area to walk your dog or just sit and relax! We will def stay again!

I like that it’s right by the interstate but why they put medians for miles to where you gotta make a uturn to get anywhere is silly! Just open it up so you don’t have to drive 2.5 extra miles to get where your going. But I know this is out of the hotels control!

Large clean room, very quiet, lots of vanity space around the sink which was outside the bathroom (very convenient for 2 people), long desk with lots of workspace, convenient luggage areas and many clothes hangers. The refrigerator was a good size (available only in certain rooms I believe). Lots of hot water in the shower and a free-flowing drain which is always a plus. Wifi connected easily and worked well. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Price was quite reasonable for the area.

Our room was very smoky from prior guests, even though this is supposedly a smoke-free hotel. The mattress was a little too soft so not super comfortable. The shower pressure was just OK, not great. Overall we were satisfied with our room and would stay again.

It was the most reasonably priced stay I could find closest to Boston/Gillette Stadium. It was about a 30 minute drive to those places but it worked out for the price. I was a bit uneasy after reading reviews but the place was fine. In a quite & safe location. It’s definitely dated but it’s as clean as it can be. We didn’t have any issues and I would stay there again if it ever came to it.

Staff always available to help. Position was perfect for our needs. We just needed a place were to rest and we didn't need the breakfast. Room was clean and there was a fridge, a microwave and table with iron. Nice Tv and a desk/table, included there was a safe. Everything was Perfect. We'll come again

A) Strange guy taking picture of me in my rental vehicle, in parking lot (when counter staff asked about the man, did not know what to do) B) Seemed to lack ironing board in room C) In-room movies from TV seem pricey ($20 for 1 movie in 2022?) D) No access to streaming services like YouTube from TV (useful for catching up on news late-night, or different nation timezone news)

It is located close to the highway and close to several places to eat. Check-in was quick and easy as I booked well in advance. I was pleasantly shocked walking into my room (given a bad experience the previous night at a comparably priced Days Inn) as it was sparkling clean and updated. Even the lawn around the buildings was immaculately maintained. I felt safe in the location and very comfortable in the room.

Not much with the motel, it was way beyond my expectations. The only point I can take away is it's on one side of a divided highway so to go west we first had to get on the highway and go east a ways to turn around. No reason to complain, though.

We were here for a long time and I was worried that we did not have refrigerators, microwaves, or breakfast in the morning, but with the convenience store just down the hill, we did great. There is a microwave available near the ice machine.

This facility would really benefit from some washers/driers for guests to use. Even pay units would be good.

I never thought a Motel could be as clean as the Red Roof, and the neatness of the rooms and the work ethic of all their staff far exceeded my expectations, they could provide me with anything I needed at any time of the day, and their service was no less than that of a fine hotel in the city of Boston.

It was only an hour drive from all the places we were visiting, it was clean,

The pillows were not comfortable, they were flat and hard. We had to keep spraying the room with air freshener because the ac unit smelled musty.

more expensive than it should be but this seems to be a trend lately. also due to a Taylor swift concert in town, which seems to be an excuse for every hotel around to gouge travellers.
