The staff in the restaurant were very helpful when I inquired about accommodating food allergies.

The front desk staff seemed surprised when we asked for help figuring out the best way to get to city attractions. They did give us some good information but suggested that google maps was where we should have looked instead of asking them. Google maps did not provide the option they suggested as it involved partial car, partial transit. I appreciated that they did give a good suggestion but did not appreciate that they made it seem like providing advice on how to get places in their city is not an expected service at a hotel.

Good but not special breakfast. Options: (a) Continental included oatmeal, muffins, fresh fruit, bread, bagels for toasting; (b) Full included scambled eggs (warm, not hot), sausage, potato, pancakes. Outdoor parking (generous space), indoor pool (did not use), limited indoor exercise equipment. No options for onsite lunches, although a few local, unaffiliated restaurants within 1-3 mile drive

New Normal: room servicing has become elective, requires requesting such service from the front desk in advance. TV options limited to ~40 channels but no streaming services

Hotel is clean and well-organized. Bar in the hotel is open for guests. Breakfast was good with various options.

The staff charged me higher fare than I knew. I talked to her with the reservation paper, and finally she corrected the fare. I did not know why it happened. I lost 30-mins for that though she treated the happening kindly. The air-conditioner in the room blew the cold wind during all night even though I turned off the controller.

everything was as expected room was stocked well with toiletries decent size room comfy beds , nicely clean! Lobby area was beautiful and coffe was delicious. pool area was decent. breakfast was not free but was really yummy and fancy! staff was friendly and helpful, overall a very nice stay!

Room was very clean, bed was comfy. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Hot tub in the pool area didn't have water in it, and we were looking forward to soaking in there for a bit. I would have liked to know that ahead of time, but it wasn't the end of the world.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and it was quiet.

Was disappointed in the morning when my husband and I made coffee and tea for the road, but couldn’t take it with us because the lids did not fit the cups. Also, the fresh cookies were not ready when we checked in. We were looking forward to them. The room was a little stuffy, but we just put the air on -problem solved.

Location near to start of Boston Marathon. Hotel shuttle bus to starting point. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Free fruit and gatoraid for runners. Held bag until after race. Many runners stayed here.

The only switch that worked in the bathroom was the light switch. Two other switches didn't work. Since the bathroom is really small the exhaust fan should work! Electrical outlet in bedroom needs to be replaced also. The outlet was so loose a plug wouldn't stay in it.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff and even got a delicious cookie when checking in. Our room was clean. Pool and workout room was nice. Lots of parking. Pleasant stay

The hotel was very clean although there was some minor decorations going on the buffet was excellent and the staff was very helpful

Bed staff and quiet location. No water in room only complaint.
