Holiday Inn Express Boston/Milford Hotel, an IHG Hotel

This place never disappoints.

Exceptional stay we liked everything from this location in Milford, specially all day coffee/ tea/ hot cocoa. We were staying in holiday inn location Marlboro and switched to here (Milford) because we were dissatisfied with the other location.

The hotel had a lot of nice touches. We stayed for 4 nights to run the Boston Marathon and explore the area. I noticed upon check in there was a big welcome sign in the lobby for marathon runners. The hotel also had start line shuttle options set up for us and even had goody bags made up on race morning. Additionally, I loved that we received stay over housekeeping without having to ask for it; that is almost unheard of anymore. The breakfast was good and we loved the fresh cookies in the evening. Staff were very pleasant.

The only big disappointment was that the hot tub was broken. We were told we could sit in it but not turn on the jets. However, the water was not hot. Too bad, because it looked nice and would have been perfect for stretching our tight muscles after the marathon.

We enjoyed our stay so much we booked two more nights , staff was so kind and helpful, they even were flexible enough to let us check in early. Complimentary coffee all day it was delicious, complimentary breakfast was really great , and the pool and jacuzzi were incredible and lots of fun. Rooms were spacious well stocked and beds were really comfortable, will definitely stay here again soon! 5 stars ⭐️ for sure! Stay here you won’t regret it you get your mo ets worth!

Everything was fantastic!

The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us an early check in. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The sheets and comforter were clean and comfortable. The bed however was not as comfortable as I would have expected for a Holiday inn. It was a spring mattress not as comfortable as I hoped but still ok. Breakfast was also not what I expected for a holiday inn. But to be fair, we didn’t make it to breakfast until around 10 so it could just be that we got what was left from the morning. Mattress and breakfast not so great but if you’re only staying a night it will work.

Room was new and updated, bathroom clean and new, Bathtub definitely NOT Senior/Handicapped friendly. Tub appeared to be new and an over the old one type. You have to step up and over to get in! Bed and linens were nice and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Food was hot and fresh! Coffee station could be improved the individual creamers drive me nuts! Had to open 10 of them! Overall great breakfast and options. check in was simple and easy checkout as well!

Very accommodating! Staff was very friendly and let us check in early, which was huge for my friends and I attending the Eras tour & being able to get ready in the comfort of our room and get to the tour early. The hotel is in a nice location near food and stores, and an easy drive to Gillette Stadium. The room was nice and clean!! The breakfast was great too. Will stay here again!

Liz at the front desk was great! We were traveling from Connecticut for a concert at Gillette and she was able to get us a room for early check in. It was extremely appreciated so we could get settled in our room and get in the gates early. The room was clean and quiet which we loved. Because our stay was so great we booked another room for another concert in August.

Loved the snack space and continental breakfast. We got in very late after a long drive and it was nice to have everything in one place

Woman at the front desk was nice enough but not incredibly friendly or helpful. Seemed skeptical of all of us checking in

Overall the hotel was really nice. The price point was pretty good it certainly met my expectations being able to get a veterans discount was very nice. thank you Priceline.

The only problem was that the elevator was considerably slow it would have been nice if they had put in two elevators instead of just one but that's pretty much my only complaint.

Convenient booking. Affordable pricing. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive. I forgot a couple items in my room when I checked out and the front desk staff gathered them for me and kept them in the refrigerator at the front for when I returned to pick them up. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay, and if I return to the area I will definitely book at the Holiday Inn again.
