AC Hotel by Marriott Worcester

Buffet breakfast with a la carte options. Fitness room was adequately stocked with weights, some machines, water and towels. Easy-to-use laundry facilities. The hotel is located within walking distance of some very good restaurant options (we ate at Volturno, but if we kept walking down Shrewsbury, we would have run into many others).

The price for parking at the hotel was very expensive.

Nice room and bed was comfortable. Restaurant was wonderful!

Our tv didn’t work and we had to ask three times for someone to check it. It was my only complaint overall but it was really annoying because we planned to watch a movie as we relaxed but the tv wasn’t fixed until 1045 pm.

REALLY APPRICIATED THE FACT THAT WE (GUESTS TO WEDDING) WERE ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO ROOM UPON ARRIVAL EVEN THOUGH ACCESS KEYS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME. WE WERE UNDER A SCHEDULE TO PREPARE FOR SHUTTLE BUS TO EVENT, WHICH MADE ME AND WIFE APPRECIATIVE AND SURE OTHERS. DURING THESE TIMES IT WAS UNDERSTANDABLE. THE TEAM YOU HAVE ARE GREAT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK UNDER THESE TIMES AND HOPE ALL WILL RETURN TO NORMAL. OUR FIRST TIME OUT OVER YEAR AND A HALF, WE ARE VAC'S AND NOT WORRIED AND FOLLOWED ALL GUIDE LINES. THANKS TO THE TEAM

Loved our room!! Evening staff was wonderful!!! So happy and warm welcoming. Room was so comfy, admit I didn't want to leave.

Front desk lady. We went to check in and she seemed very rude and also upset we checked in 15 min early. Even saw her when we checked out And still seemed like she was upset with us for staying there or something. Also not much choices of wine at the bar.

Loved the shower.

The breakfast was almost inedible. Definitely not worth the price AT ALL. Not sure what the eggs were made out of - tasteless and so we’re the potatoes and bagels. The fruit actually was good. Square toilet -not so much. Problems with the discounted parking tickets. That was disappointing.

Stayed here pre covid and the breakfast buffet was very enjoyable and food more than good. The food we had for breakfast was out of convenience, and served with a big smile, but food quality was eh. Hotel is well kept, very clean, safe, and a smart option for us while visiting our daughter who attends college in Worcester. We will be back

Bc of covid, the room was not taken care of during our stay, which was appreciated for our safety, but knowing that, feel the room should have been properly “prepared ahead of time “ for a two night stay. For four guests in a Double Queen room, there was one roll of Toilet paper that was already half used, and the “repeat service” shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were near empty on arrival. I was the first to shower day 2 and there was no shampoo or conditioner left.

It was beautiful,centrally located,clean, bright, quiet. The front desk staff I believe his name was Francis was exceptional. He was friendly, kind, smiling and just really seemed to love his job. He really made us feel at home. He was a delight.

Location. Very clean, comfortable bed. Modern decor. Friendly staff.

Couldn’t get a hot shower. Water never got past luke warm, for the price I should be able to get a hot shower! Only stayed for one night so not worth trying to change rooms.

the woman at the front desk was very passive aggressive and had all around bad vibes. my interactions with her were the only low points of my stay at this nice hotel.

Excellent breakfast. So many options that I would never expect at a hotel breakfast such as chia seed parfait, quiche, prosciutto slices, etc.
