clean. decent sized room. we got a king suite. had a pull out sofa and a walk in shower. it was beautiful. and the bed was super comfy

the clerk who checked us in added on tax after booking had already added tax. I called him on it so hopefully those charges get taken off because it was an extra $40 in tax for no reason. the little shop they have there is ridiculously priced. $4 for a starburst roll and $9 for 4 aspirin. that’s not convenient at all and customers shouldn’t be priced gouged. a starburst packet at Walmart cost like 1.85!? $9 for aspirin. smh they also charge for breakfast or dinner. so it’s not complimentary. for the price of the room it should be. otherwise it was a pleasant experience

Staff was very helpful and pleasant with me. I was a little rushed and left my phone at the check in desk. They were calling me on the room phone as I walked in to let me know I left my phone at reception.

The room key stopped working before check out. I went to get ice last min before leaving for the cooler and was locked out of my room with the ice bucket.

Everything was great. We will be back! Hotel has a nice outside patio and Starbucks on site. Good gym.

Front desk does not accept cash for buying misc items from the pantry as bottle of water, detergent, snacks. They accept the charge on the credit card on the room.

Very nice new modern hotel. It was very clean and had a friendly staff.

No free breakfast not even a donut?? No free coffee in the lobby? We just stayed in Pigeon Forge and our hotel had free lemonade and water in the lobby. Every evening free soda and popcorn. Wonderful free breakfast every morning. This was so disappointing.

Never had to drive far whether it was going to the beach, shopping or eating.

There were some ants in the bathroom. Stains on the couch and footstool. They vacuum the halls fairly early so if you arrive at 2am and think you'll sleep in, you won't. You can hear people in the hallway so not the quietest place we've stayed at.

Overall this hotel was very nice. It was extremely clean and the service was excellent! Every employee was very friendly and had a big smile. Even with only one employee working the breakfast bar, service was quick and great.

The hotel walls/doors are VERY thin and sound traveled very easily. Thankfully we weren't traveling with our children because at night we felt we could hear every footstep above us and also the sound room to room was quite loud. We easily heard the TV, music, and conversations of the people next to us. In the future, I would be sure to ask for a room away from other guests for this reason. -- Also, from both from the breakfast bar and from the snack store there was not any oatmeal available. That would be a nice addition to the menu. -- Lastly, the price REALLY jumped from Thursday night to Friday night. I felt like the Thursday price was a decent value but Friday was very expensive. We paid $452 for just two nights.

nice outdoor area with firepit. first time i have seen a firepit in the outdoor space. would have been nice if there were 2 only because big party monopolized outdoor area every night

slamming doors, noisy neighbors. could hear people upstairs walking around every morning

This hotel is quite literally the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is very modern yet still extremely comfortable and affordable. The location was perfect—it was close to many great attractions. Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Kaitlynn (I’m sorry if I spelled this wrong) was super understanding and friendly!

Everything about this property was pretty exceptional, so these are very minor complaints. We did not receive many towels (only 4 towels for 2 people who stayed 2 nights/3 days). There was a small mixup when we checked out, but it was quickly and easily resolved by Joy and Kaitlynn.

Honestly it was beautiful! Our power had been out due to recent storms and with three kids we couldn’t take another night of it. We did a last minute booking and got a room! The lobby is beautiful and updated. We headed up to our bedroom which was honestly beautiful and CLEAN. The bathroom was gorgeous and they had tiny details that set them apart right on down to makeup removal wipes in the bathroom. We had a great, quiet and comfortable stay and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I can’t think of a single dislike.

Clean, friendly staff, well maintained, and convenient to access the coast.

Although value was great and property was extremely nice and well kept, prices seem a bit high for off the highway stay with a drive to attractions in the area and not much close by to eat
