Comfort Suites Benton Harbor - St. Joseph

I liked the friendly staff. The room was spacious. The location of the facility was around the corner from silver beach, which was the destination we wanted to go to. The breakfast that was provided each morning saved me and my husband money. Plus it was good. Thank you for that. We will come again.

We had to get the Manager to change the sheets in our room. There was nasty stains on both beds. (However, this didn't prevent us from staying. The workers changed the sheets and made us whole again.) The lighting in the bath room was flickering. But it was nothing to complain about, so we didn't, since we had just complained about the dirty sheets. All in all we plan to visit again in the near future. We thank you for changing the sheets for us in a timely manner.

The room was comfortable and the location was close to the lake and downtown St. Joseph. It is close to the highway so I could do what I. needed to do as well as what I wanted to do. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I had trouble with the shower and ended up taking a bath so I couldn't wash my hair. I also noticed that the coffee pot is showing it's age and ready to die. Temperature was set to 60 degrees so almost froze until I let it warm up.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast needs healthier choices - more whole grain breads, yogurt without so many additives, more fruit ((like a fruit salad). The scrambled eggs, offered both days, are rather flavorless and come out of a bag. Maybe a healthier waffle mix, with whole grains and less additives. Also, the pool was closed. The lights in Suites on the building were out.

The staff is very friendly, They guide and help you. Breakfast has several options, it is fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious, clean, bed is king-size. It also has a refrigerator, microwave, TV and coffee maker. Bathroom is large and has hairdryer, mirror, bathtub, and supplements like towels, soap and shampoo.

They do not have shuttle service.

Great location for what we needed. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was cleaned everyday & ample supply of towels provided.

Pool & hot tub were down for maintenance/repair. We ran out of regular coffee.

Breakfast needs some improvement. We actually went out for breakfast because there was no bread for toast, cereal was stale, and we did not even see any milk. Needs a little attention.

Everyone was polite and helpful! The room was beyond exceptions...the pool was very nice. The breakfast was very good! I liked breakfast that has the eggs and sausage, cereal, toast and much more choices!! I will be back!!

The only thing I can say, was the hot tub was closed due to needing fixed. That's nobody's fault, it happens.

Besides a very comfortable bed and very clean room, we enjoyed the breakfast. It wasn’t a standard cold breakfast, but eggs, sausage, and waffles were offered in addition to cereal, yogurt, sweet rolls, etc. It was a very welcome surprise!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a quiet hotel.

The breakfast could have been better, toaster didn’t work properly. The pool/hot tub wasn’t open even though we were told it would be. The third day if our stay, housekeeping didn’t clean/empty the trash in the room.

Bed, pillows, breakfast, convenient room, and parking lot. All around great stay, pool was great
