Best Western Plus Flint Airport Inn & Suites

Very spacious, immaculately clean, room ( the rest of the facilities too!) Stocked with everything you'd need. Excellent staff. Convenient location. Even the heavy doors kept hall noise to a minimum on a sold out event weekend. Great value for money in VERY expensive travel times.

Single ply toilet paper?!! C'mon guys... 🙄 Horrible lighting in tub/toilet enclosure. And hire at least one more person for breakfast service. The poor (lovely!) woman there was absolutely doing her best and even tho she clearly knew her stuff, she was overwhelmed — leaving your guests stalled when they all had elsewhere to be.

breakfast was little substandard for a Marriott. however, because of Covid I understand why it would be. location of the breakfast area was good.

I didn't like the fact that when i first tried to check in I was told there were no double queen rooms available, there were none available, only single King rooms. So I decided to go to Booking.com and found a double queen room available at the very hotel I was in at a greatly reduced price. Thank you Booking.com

The room, staff, material condition of the property & it’s cleanliness.

The pool was not heated. The pool was a big draw as to why I chose this hotel. Also some of the towels were wet when we checked into the room, I assume housekeeping used the to dry the floor with them? I discovered that the shower curtain rod mount was broke, which meant the shower curtain had no was of closing while we used it to shower.

Easy to get to. nice pool & hot tub.

everything was nice, nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was amazing, different things each morning. The location of the hotel was at a really good spot too, if you needed something to eat there was a McDonalds and Arby's nearby that you could walk too. The beds were super comfy to sleep in and the blankets were soft

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower curtain rod kept rotating and almost fell as I was trying to take a shower/bath every night I was staying. And the pillows were a little flat.

The motel was very conveniently located by the highway and easy to get to. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very good. We appreciated the safety bar inside the shower.

The room didn't seem to be that clean. There was dirt around the baseboards which is common for a hotel that needs renovation. The bathroom door handle was very loose. The vending machine would not take cash and when I used a credit card I was not able to dispense anything. I hope the vending machine company does not charge me. Overall, I believe the facility could use some updating but that is costly.

Breakfast was great for my grandsons. Location was perfect to go to airport. Only stayed overnight so really didn't have time to see all your amenities, left early in the morning. Would definitely recommend this hotel, exceeded my expectations.

Could have been more towels in bathroom, we had 3 people. Also sheets and blankets for pull out sofa should have already been in room, not have to go to front desk to get.

The room was very clean, neat and comfortable. It was on the second floor away from the elevator. It was quiet and the air conditioner, coffeemaker, toilet, and sink all worked without incident. Although I was told shuttle service to the airport didn't begin until 7 a.m., the shuttle driver offered to take me at 5 a.m. when she came on duty.

The property exceeded my expectations and I liked everything. Maybe if they had some to go breakfasts made and sitting out for those departing before breakfast hours?

Really didn’t spend much time at the property but, what amount we did, was very pleasant!

Not able to use the pool due to a heavy sheen of, we presumed, body oil! It’s an indoor pool, why people would oil up before getting in, is a mystery! Why do hotels only have regular maintenance thru the week, when their busiest time is over the weekend?

It was in a good location, right by food and not too far from a Walmart! Very convenient for us, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely gave us peace of mind after driving 11 hours to get there! Also my husband and I were a HUGE fan of the waffle maker, with the Best Western logo inside the heart. SO CUTE

The doors to the rooms slam a bit loud, if you walk in or out without holding them to soften the impact. It’s a little jarring at 3am lol! But that would be the only thing!
