Best Western of Hartland

The staff is great, location is very good for freeway and retail access. Pet friendly and well kept. I like the easy access to the room from the outside (not through the lobby and hallways). The staff was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was very good and a nice variety.

I was told Saturday morning that I could arrive an hour early but when we got to your motel our room was not ready - in fact, was not ready until almost 4:00 pm . The gentleman behind the desk was accommodating and said we could use the pool room to change clothes and refresh before we had to be to the wedding but tge wedding started at 4:00 pm . I realize you cannot control some things - like your helpers who were hired - but it put a damper on our stay. The suite was wonderful and we all had a good night of sleep! I would come again if needed. 😊👍

Room carpet needed cleaned. walked across room barefoot and got black feet. For some unexplained reason the lights turned on at 5AM. Got up and looked around everything was good. Went back to bed. Room was big enough, clean. Pool was clean, looked well maintained. Breakfast was great. A lot to choose from both hot foods and cereals, donuts and fruit. I will rebook there in needed.

The location was perfect, the room was amazing and it felt very safe for the couple nights I was by myself, front desk was very accommodating and friendly.. I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in michigan

I asked for clean towels and such for the room from a housekeeper she never came back.. I had to ring front desk the next day and ask again.. from then I just rang front desk for stuff I needed

When we arrived at the room, the AC was set to bone chilling! It was perfect! The bed was insanely comfortable, the pillows were luxurious. I soaked in the deep jacuzzi tub, drank my wine, and collapsed into the welcoming bed. The room was SO dark, if I could replicate this experience at home, oh wow...not much would get done. I usually stay at SpringHill Suites or Home2 while travelling for work; this property by far outshined them in sleep experience alone. And the front desk lady? A sheer joy and pleasure to be around <3 Thank you for a great night's sleep!!

Staff was excellent. The one manager was very helpful to us.

However, because you have limited ADA , we were put into a regular room. This is fine. However, it would be nice if the non-ada areas had a space closer in the middle for wheelchairs. We had to go all the way to the end and back to get into our room, which was hard on the wheelchair user. Thank you

The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I was very pleased with the free breakfast each morning - there was a lot to choose from and it was all good. The room was clean and even though the whole place was booked, it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice breakfast. Hot make your own waffles and pancakes along with sausage and eggs. Then the standard cold items.

check in and breakfast are in the office building which is NOT connected to the rest of the rooms. Had to get in car and drive there in the AM. All rooms have direct outside access, which was okay.

The room was very clean and even with being close to the highway we did not hear the road while in the room. The Hot breakfast on Sunday was good. Staff was very nice and helpful if we needed towels all we had to do is stop and pick them up.

The sign is hard to see in the dark for the driveway. They need to put on there website that the pool is closed due to waiting on parts for covid compliance. We didn't have any cable for the first 2 days.

The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast bar and food was also very good. Everything was wonderful the only downfall was the room smelled a little still just need a little bit of air freshener freshen it up other than that it was a great stay an location.
