Days Inn by Wyndham Birch Run

First off the staff AMAZING! So kind and helpful! The room was cute ( little outdated) but still felt like home away from home! The pool was fun and the spa bath was pretty good. ( the blowers were a bit messed up) but nice none the less! Breakfast was also pretty omg on the muffins! Goodness the waffles were on point! The bed was super comfy! Beautiful set up and very nice stay would definitely stay again!

Besides the pool being amazing ( it was a bit cold and we had to toss some bugs out of it) the spa bath was nice ( but the blowers were not blowing properly ) Breakfast was good ( only because of the waffles and muffins omg thous were amazing!) the breakfast sandwiches were just dry roll and sausage burnt to a crisp! Also no microwave in the room. And the pillows were definitely old and used !

I loved how comfortable & clean the suite was. The heart shaped jacuzzi tub is amazing. The staff was amazing! Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.

The only thing I can really say is the tub in bathroom had a couple small cracks in the finish, and we had to hold the toilet handle down when flushing it.

This was more than expected for the price. The room was very clean, any extras we needed were met. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were noise proof, in my opinion. Will definitely stay again.

Safer exits into the main road.

Didn’t eat the breakfast, because due to COVID it was just muffins and a juice box. The room was spacious, loved the jacuzzi in the room. Shower had excellent water pressure.

Lighting could have been better, especially the light over the bar, which was kinda useless because it was super dim, also the fireplace wouldn’t turn on, but I don’t recall if our room even advertised having a fireplace...so it would have probably only have been a bonus if it worked.

Location was good. Had an indoor pool. Staff was courteous. Bar / restaurant on site.

A light bulb was shattered still in the lamp. Beds weren’t that comfortable. Tv brightness was all the way down and could not be adjusted. All the water faucets were opposite of the indicators.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was excellent until breakfast Monday. The burrito was hard and blah.

We were unaware of the car show that weekend and therefore was not able to park in front of our room.

Always enjoy a quick getaway for a night, love the bartender Kim and the rooms are always clean and tidy

The breakfast burritos were not good... the tortilla turned into a gel on some and the other I had was hard like a rock and had foil stuck to the tortilla everywhere

Staff was very nice.

The add stated a microwave but there was not one in the room, I had to pay $10. Dollars a day for one. The toilet didn't flush well. Painted over mold in the bath. Pool was cold. Breakfast bag was for kids, needed yogurt for adults.

Our jacuzzi suite was very large and clean. It had a walk in closet with a built in dresser. The website did not mention it had a fireplace so that was an unexpected surprise! We had a quiet comfortable stay and it was conveniently located to Frankenmuth,Birch Run & Bronners. We will stay again!

Check in/out and the pool were located in the front hotel (Best Western).

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Did have to switch rooms due to the rooms weren't ready. But no big deal or negativity. The staff was very professional about it.
