The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the dinner was absolutely amazing!! We were able to have a conversation with the Chef and thank him for the fabulous meal. Even the salad that came with the steak was to die for!!! The GM of Beverage was very kind and attentive, the bar manager was very knowledgeable, kind and made the best drinks!! Overall our stay was absolutely fantastic and we'll be back next week!!

It was clean, very stylish decor, great room with lots of space. The food in the restaurant was off the chain! Keep your chef! The front staff had excellent customer service and were kind and very courteous. They always asked us if we needed anything or if there was anything more that they could do to make our stay more comfortable.

The environment of the Hilton-Garden was pleasant. Love my room, it was off in the corner away from people. I love that my dog was able to come with me.
The restaurant in the hotel only serve one food type which is Italian. When you come in you from a party you want fried hot food sometimes. Also provide shower caps.

located right downtown, everything about this place makes you forget you’re in Flint! The staff is amazing, check-in is the quickest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! This is a well-run hotel that seems to understand the customer’s value. You’ve ruined me, I can’t stay anywhere else in Flint now!

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and professional. All the way from the valet to the bartenders and the night staff. They all had smiles and could tell that they enjoyed working for this property. I would stay again.

we were instantly greeted at the doorway, and then we were able to chat with the staff for a while, they apologized for their restaurant not being open but they recommended this amazing bar right down the road.
our coffee machine didn’t work so unfortunately we had to buy a couple drinks instead of drinking the complementary items
