Frankenmuth Motel

The hotel rooms were very nice and worked well for our stay while in town. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was fairly small but the shower included soaps on the wall for use. The vanity area is outside of the bathroom so that was nice to be able to get ready while someone else is showering. We were close to everything in downtown and had a great stay!

The bathroom door opened into the bathroom making it a little cramped but as long as you keep it closed it would be okay. We had a slight issue with billing but the staff were quick to get it resolved. We were charged for having a pet even though we did not have one. They told me it was because our name was similar to someone else who did have a pet. That should not happen since our reservation did not show a pet and we never mentioned a pet when checking in. The staff were super friendly and made sure to clear up the error right away so all is good.

From greeting at front desk on, staying here was a pleasure. Since independent (not a chair hotel), not on Main Street, older facility than others in town, did not expect such a "gem." Modern quiet room with microwave and fridge, WIFI, simple continental breakfast, and, oh, such a comfortable bed! And deserves a Triple A+ rating for cleanliness. When checking in they even provide a laminated page with all the information you would want, inc. breakfast times, WIFI password, times of checkin and check out, times front desk is open, emergency phone number with television station guide on reverse side. So they offer exceptional service, great room and good price!

Really cannot think of anything at all. Nothing at all.

A very roomy, comfortable, and clean room. The beds were very comfortable and I got a good night's rest. Close to many attractions especially Bronner's. The price is really reasonable for a stay in Frankenmuth. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

My only disappointments were there was a plowed pile of snow on the passenger side of the closest spot to our room so we couldn't park there. And our room was cold when we checked in and we had to crank up the heater and leave for a bit to get the room warm enough to spend time in it.

I liked the room. It was up-to-date. The room was clean. I liked that parking was very close to the room. The location of the Motel was very close to the event that we were attending for the weekend. I would consider getting a room here again. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.

There could have been a better variety of items for the breakfast. The area where the breakfast was served could have been a little larger. I did like that there was a picnic table available in front of the MOtel, I wished that there would have been a few more. That would have been a perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and breakfast.

Friendly receptionist and quick check in. Bedroom was clean and with good size. They have an ice machine for free use in the facility. Microwave and small Fridge in the bedroom.

Would be nice if the TV on the bedroom were a smart TV. They do have a good selection for cables, but movies on cable TV have long commercials. A smart TV would allow us to access our YouTube/Netflix account and relax even more at the end of the day. But not a big deal.

Very courteous staff, super clean room, very comfortable beds. We had to check in a day late due to weather delays driving from Colorado. The staff totally understood and made sure we were all set when we arrived the next day.

I totally understand having a designated smoking area away from rooms etc. However, there was no place covering me from the rain and could only stand on the wet grass. A small covered area with some pavers would have been nice.

It was immaculate and modern. Bathroom was a little dated but perfectly fine. Bathtub kind of low. Breakfast was fine. I like being around others and we all had a very nice time talking. I think it was due to the atmosphere in the dining area.

Only bad thing was I always check the windows and my window was unlocked. That should be on the cleaning crew checklist.

The motel was very cute and retro looking. I like that there was plenty room to park right in front of our room.

I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was very clean but the carpet needed to be vacuumed and the bedspread had a big stain on it. Also the decorative fabric on the bed looked like it hadn't been washed in a while.

They had continental breakfast, but my wife and I went out for breakfast every day. Honey Bee's and Bob Evans.(Birch Run) . For dinner we went to Hans Bavarian restaurant and Da Vinci's .we were walking distance to Bronners Xmas store.

Only one thing, the pop machine was broken at the motel. So we went to Kroger to buy some pop .

Very inviting, clean and close to everything. The hostess was very pleasant. I really liked that I could have food delivered and that there were several restaurants near us and that the museum was right next door. I've told several friends about you and hope to send business your way. Will stay w you again.
